Each side of Gulf & Gulf includes 5 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths. Two of the bedrooms on each side are master suites. Each bedroom has a view of the Gulf of Mexico and a balcony overlooking the gulf or the golf course.
Each side accommodates 22, with 2400 square feet

This listing is for one side; however, we own both! Stay in both sides of Gulf & Golf, and its a 10 BR accommodating up to 44. Inquire about taking the whole place!
Each kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, TWO fridges, and two icemakers.
Other great features include a sundeck area and covered porch, central air/heat, washer/dryer, televisions, cable, DVD players, and telephone service with free long distance. Towel service is available. There are community grills right across from the home.
Please note: this home is absolutely beachfront. It is located right on the gulf, with nothing between you and the gulf except the sand dunes. However, as with many areas on the gulf, you CANNOT walk directly from the back of this home to the water because of the protected dunes. They serve a very important role in protecting the homes, and harboring wildlife, and walking over them is not allowed as it breaks them down. However, there is a nice wide boardwalk right off our little private cul de sac (in fact, right by the closest of the pools which is ALSO right on our cul de sac, 2 homes over, so "right there"). This short boardwalk takes you directly to the beach/water, and, as a bonus, is great for folks who may have mobility concerns or may be lugging stuff in wagons or what have you! :-)

The “Gulf and Golf” is located in the Plantation resort, next to the beautiful 18 hole Kiva Dunes Championship Golf Course. Approximately 12 miles west of Gulf Shores on Fort Morgan Parkway at Gulf Shores Plantation. Same great white sand beaches! Wonderful amenities, and at a great rate!
Kiva Grill and Sassy Bass Island Grill are both in the resort, and less than a half mile walk from this beachfront unit! Food, drink. Ultra convenient!
Amenities on the Plantation grounds include 1 indoor and 6 outdoor swimming pools, whirlpool, lighted tennis courts, basketball court, putting green, game rooms, volleyball, secluded beach, and cabanas. What all is presently available? Let's look!

We offer HUGE discounts for month-long winter stays (up to 80%), a 7 for the price of 6 night special many times of the year (it is already factored into weekly pricing on VRBO!), and if you have a special request, e.g., for a non-Saturday check-in, we are happy to consider it. My wife's family have traveled to Gulf Shores and Orange Beach Alabama for decades. I became a tag along in the late 1990s, so a Gulf Shores guy by marriage. One thing led to another and we ended up a several large, family-friendly, large group friendly, places along the Gulf. Why I like G&G? The Plantation is a great resort community. You get there, and you never have to leave, and yet its only 15 minutes back to Walmart, King Neptunes, and the rest of the Gulf Shores hubbub. The beach? Same beach as the main West Beach drag. In fact, if you are a runner, especially a beach runner, you can run the sands from G&G to West Beach and back. It's only about a mile or so past the end of West Beach Blvd on the sands. You just can't get there in a car because the nice nature preserve is in the between. Great place to stay, with super amenities both in the unit and around the resort.
