Main room (ground floor): 18m2 about with bay window overlooking terrace (garden furniture and 2 chairs / chairs), fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, dish strainer, refrigerator, microwave, coffee, robots, toaster ...) dining table with 4 chairs, living room with 2 armchairs, flat screen TV and a buffet. A corridor leading to the entrance, 1 bedroom: double bed 140x190 (duvet, pillows, pillow) and wardrobe, bathroom: with shower, bathroom cabinet basin and washing machine, 1 separate toilet, a closet for shoes and coats, stairs to the room in the basement (boat hull effect) with two 90 bed and closet, cot and highchair. Cave bike. Great location, downtown and beach about 200m walk, the car is only necessary to get to the large area that is on Barneville.

Ride on the Cape Carteret Port gourmet restaurant (1 Michelin star), school voila, golf at St Jean River, landing beach, Mont Saint-Michel.
