Cottage near the Loire

The house is fully equipped (kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, hob, oven ...). It is located in a wooded park, quiet.
This is a typical house in tufa stone, with a fireplace in every room.
It is located 200 meters from the Loire approximately close to the châteaux of the Loire (Villandry, Ussé, Chinon ...) For wine lovers, we are in the vineyards of Bourgeuil. A few miles are the vineyards of Bourgueil, Chinon and Saumur.
Special care was taken in decorating, both modern and respecting the authenticity.
Tenants have a private outdoor area with garden furniture and parasol
The house is independent.
Electric heating and fireplace with an insert.

super séjour !

nous sommes ravis de notre séjour ! logement calme, frais et pratique avec tous les équipements nécessaires pour bien vivre ! La localisation est super, très centrale, à maximum 30-45 min de nombreux points d'intérêts de la région (azay le rideau, villandry, chinon, saumur, montsoreau ...)

Un séjour exceptionnel

Un séjour exceptionnel dans une jolie maison typique de la région. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et chaleureux et nous avait laissé une bouteille de vin pour notre arrivée. La maison est décorée avec bon goût et un lit bébé et une petite baignoire étaient disponibles pour notre petite fille de 11 mois. Le gîte est idéalement situé entre Saumur et Chinon. Nous avons aussi pu visiter Tours à environ 1h de route. Un très bon séjour en famille

Der Aufenthalt hat all unsere Erfahrung voll erfüllt. Ausgezeichnete Ausstattung Haus und Garten haben eine sehr schöne und idyllische Atmosphäre vermittelt öiebevoll eingerichtet...kleines französisches Landhaus mit allem Komfort Vermieter war sehr aufgeschlossen und kommunikativ..gibt gern Zusatzinformationen Lage für Touren ausgezeichnet..wir waren mit den Rädern unterwegs... Schlösser der Loire...einfach wundervoll würden wir unseren Freunden jederzeit empfehlen!👌

Really great situation for trips to Vineyards, Castles and other historical monuments. The gite is well equipped and clean, and we were warmly welcomed by Christian the owner who left us a bottle of local wine.

Par temps froid, rien ne vaut un bon accueil chaleureux !

Le gîte est tres bien renové, tres bien équipé, la pierre est magnifique et la vie en collectivité s'organise sans difficulté ! L'insert est indispensable par temps frais mais la literie et ses draps apportent la chaleur dont on a besoin! Merci à Christian pour son accueil! La proximité avec la Loire est un réel plus!

Herr Valette ist ein liebenswürdiger und hilfsbereiter Vermieter, bei dem man sich willkommen fühlt. Das Haus ist im typischen Tuffsteinstil der Region gebaut, schönes Bad, sinnvoll eingerichtete Küche, gemütlicher Sitzplatz vor dem Haus. Die Einfahrt ist schlecht erkennbar. Das ist keine Touristengegend mit den typischen Attraktionen, sondern ländliches Frankreich; die Loire ist etwa 50 m entfernt, mit einem sehr malerischen Bild; aber viel mehr gibts auch nicht. Viele der Loireschlösser sind in der weiteren Umgebung gut erreichbar. In wenigen Kilometern gibt es einen riesigen Supermarkt. Ziegenkäse und Rotwein der Gegend sind prima und preiswert. Gut zum Selberkochen, nicht so zum Essengehen. Letztlich Vermieter und Haus zu empfehlen, Gegend halt ländlich.

Goed vertrekpunt voor het bezoeken van kastelen...

De woning is zeer goed uitgerust: alles wat je maar kan nodig hebben in de keuken is er. Lakens, beddengoed, handdoeken in de badkamer. Alles lag er netjes bij.Heel rustig gelegen, vlak bij de Loire. De eigenaar is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Als het weer meezit kan je lekker buiten eten... Wel even opletten met de locatie: dat is niet Huismes (ligt onder de Loire op de kaart) maar wel La Chapelle sur Loire ( en dat ligt boven de Loire). Als je veel wil fietsen: de "Loire à vélo" ligt dus wel op de ander oever! In juli en augustus kan je wel op woensdag, zaterdag en zondag laten overzetten per boot (heel plezant), maar enkel vertrek om 9h en retour op 16h30. Er is een grote winkelketen Super U in Bourgeuil, op 8 km. In Bourgeuil is ook een zeer goed restaurant voor de dag van aankomst.... Wij hebben van ons verblijf genoten...

Zeer rustig gelegen vakantiewoning. Ideaal gelegen voor wandelen, fietsen of bezichtigingen in de Loire, Idre vallei. Alles aanwezig voor een leuke vakantie. Goede WIFI. Zeer rustig gelegen ideaal om eens goed te relaxen. Je hoort enkel de vogels in de vroege ochtend. Zeer vriendelijke gastheer, spreekt vlot Engels indien nodig! Alleen viel het weer tegen dit jaar, maar dat kunnen we niet zelf bepalen. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.
