Stay Villa Julotte

We had a very nice stay at Villa Julotte. It's a nice house with many different seating options to can chill and relax. The little village it's nice and offers many possibilities, e.g. shopping, restaurant, etc. The sea is very close to the villa and the beach is nice, but lot of people. One thing that should be known is, it has no shower or hand towels provided into the villa.

Super Aufenthalt im Juni 2025

Wir waren eine Woche in dem großartigen Haus. Alle Badezimmer im Haus sind geschmackvoll ausgestattet und neueren Datums. In der KĂŒche ist alles vorhanden was man brauchen könnte und geschmackvoll. Im Haus befinden sich drei KĂŒhlschrĂ€nke und mindestens zwei TiefkĂŒhlschrĂ€nke. Wir waren eine Woche dort u. konnten dadurch nicht alle Sitzmöglichkeiten im Innen- und Außenbereich oder gar die AußenkĂŒche nutzen. Der Pool war fĂŒr uns riesig u. wie alles andere sehr gepflegt. Es waren Sandelsachen und Poolnudeln, sowie Schimmreifen vorhanden. Beim Petanque-Feld waren ebenso Kugeln und Sitzmöbel vorhanden. Man konnte ĂŒber drei Fernbedienungen die große Anzahl an Außenbeleuchtungen steuern. Karin, die die Übergabe machte, war sehr freundlich u. erklĂ€rte alles verstĂ€ndlich auf Englisch.Wir fĂŒhlten uns sehr wohl. Wir wĂŒrden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Idéal pour un séjour en famille ou avec des amis

On a beaucoup aimĂ© cette charmante villa meublĂ©e avec goĂ»t, avec plusieurs endroits oĂč se tenir, piscine, terrain de pĂ©tanque, et mĂȘme jouets et accessoires de baignade pour enfants. On a aussi apprĂ©ciĂ© les plages, les restos et les commerces Ă  moins de 10 minutes.

Great stay

We stayed here for the 2nd time. First time we enjoyed so much that we booked for the 2nd time. Certainly no regret from that decision. The house is well sized and has a superb swimming pool. All the amenities are there, including an exterior kitchen. Location is perfect. Couple of minutes walking to the beach and the city centre of als Faviere with bars and restaurants. The hoast is great very quick in his responses. All in all a great house to spend one or more weeks.

Supert opphold i flott villa

Vi hadde en nydelig ferieuke. Huset var perfekt for oss pÄ 11 personer og en baby. Eneste utfordring var et vepsebol i uteboden som gjorde at det var mye veps pÄ terrassen og rundt bassenget. Flere av oss ble stukket. Vi kontaktet huseier angÄende dette og de kom pÄ befaring, men bolet ble dessverre ikke fjernet fÞr vi reiste. Skulle ogsÄ Þnsket det var luft i dekkene pÄ syklene sÄ vi kunne brukt de pÄ utflukter. Bortsett fra dette var oppholdet helt supert.

Excellent vacation home

Excellent situated close to the beach and the city centre of La Faviere as well as Le Lavandou (esp. with the two available bikes). Nicely and tasteful decorated house with all the amenities you need. The outside kitchen is great for long nights outside dining. The pool is superb with exceptional diving depth :-). At last the welcome by Karine was very warm, immediately making you feel at home.

Viel Platz

Viele Zimmer, viele Badezimmer und grosszĂŒgiger Umschwung mit vielen SitzplĂ€tzen. Der Pool ist mit seiner Tiefe auch super zum Schwimmen. Da wir wĂ€hrend dem Aufenthalt viele Regentage hatten! War das grosse Haus optimal zum Verweilen.

An Alles gedacht

Das Haus ist wirklich ein Traum. Der Pool ist an der hinteren Stelle so tief, dass man sogar tauchen kann. In dem Haus war alles vorhanden was man braucht sogar FahrrĂ€der. Zum Sandstrand sind es ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Wunderschönes, großes Ferienhaus mit genialem Pool!

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in diesem wunderschönem Ferienhaus verbracht! FĂŒr uns 8 Erwachsene und 6 kleine Kinder (Ă€ltestes Kind war 5) völlig ausreichend. Das 5. Zimmer ist als Galerie ĂŒber dem Wohnzimmer ohne TĂŒre und haben wir daher nicht benutzt. Der Pool ist sehr groß und hat zwei Ebenen. Nach der Treppe kommt erst mal ein StĂŒck was ca. 1m tief ist und danach geht es erst richtig tief runter. Das fanden wir perfekt fĂŒr die Kinder und um mit den Kindern zu toben. Die AußenkĂŒche ist genial! In 10 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand. Richtig gelungener Urlaub,

Top maison bien entretenue super proximité du village et de la plage. Super piscine idéale pour les nageurs et enfants et couverte la nuit. Petits plus la cuisine extérieure avec plancha, climatisations et ventilateur. On reviendrait volontiers.

Monsieur Chambion, merci à vous! Deux semaine à votre villa était super. Villa est trÚs calme, cosy et équipée. Notre famille et amis avait un bonne vacances. Tout est comme dans les photos à web site. Emplacement est ideal: plage, restaurants, supermarché, vinoble, entertainments etc. sont 5-10 mins à pied. Un grand merci à Karine pour son excellent service et son assistance 24 heures sur 24 et 7 jours sur 7. Nous serions heureux de revenir à Julotte! Cordialement, Famille Pronins

Wundervoll

Das Haus ist absolut spitze und lĂ€sst keine WĂŒnsche offen. Wir haben u s von der ersten Minute an pudelwohl gefĂŒhlt. Es war geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfĂŒgte ĂŒber jegliche Haushaltsuntensilien. Besonders hat uns die neue AußenkĂŒche am Grill gefallen, die auch bestens ausgestattet war. Der Garten und der Poolbereich waren großzĂŒgig und sehr gepflegt. Unsere Kinder kamen fast nicht mehr aus dem Wasser. Ein tolles Haus fĂŒr 11 - 12 Personen, bei dem jeder einen Ruheort bzw RĂŒckzugsort fand. Gerne wieder!!!!

Le Paradis !!!

Cette maison est tout simplement idĂ©ale pour passer des vacances de rĂȘves. IdĂ©alement situĂ©e Ă  proximitĂ© de commerces, de la plage et du port, vous profiterez pleinement du bord de cette piscine gĂ©ante ou des diffĂ©rentes terrasses. L'Ă©quipement de la maison est bon. Rien Ă  redire, si ce n'est que nos vacances sont passĂ©es trop vite !
