Entrance with cupboard and refrigerator.
Living room (about 17 m²) opening onto the veranda with teak garden furniture.
View of the port exit channel and a glimpse of the ocean in the distance.
Kitchen area with dishwasher.
Bedroom 1 (2.17 x 2.57) with large closet: 1 bed 140.
WC with sink area.
By small staircase access to the floor with mezzanine above the living room (lowest point at 1.20 m): a sofa bed BZ 2 people. Bedroom 2: 1 bed 140.
Bathroom: bath-shower, basin and washing machine.
Pleasant apartment. The beach on foot. The swimming pool and the tennis are appreciable elements. Out of season possibility of other days of arrival to consult us. Household linen is not included in rentals.
