A haven of peace between sea and mountains

Very large gite for 12 people located in a Mas next to the Chateau de Valmy, 5 minutes from the village of Argelès sur Mer and its beaches, a very quiet location between sea and mountains on a wooded plot of 3 ha with large swimming pool (6x11m).
The farmhouse, divided into five lodgings from 4 to 12 people, will allow you to spend a quiet stay in complete freedom, you stay close to the sea enjoying the calm at the foot of the mountain.
The cottages, comfortable and warm, all with private terrace and barbecue, have a view of the park or the sea and the mountain. all the lodgings have a very well equipped kitchen (dishwasher ...), bathroom with shower, living room with TV and mini-chain, wifi access, one to four bedrooms. parking and common washing machines.

séjour joyeux, paisible et informel
nous avons vraiment apprécié tout notre séjour! l'accueil est chaleureux et détendu...le site est magnifique, la maison c'est fait une petite place au milieu de la nature...tous les équipements sont fonctionnels et pratiques...l'ambiance est informelle et détendue...MErci beaucoup!!!!!

Charmantes Haus mit südfranzösischen Fleer
Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in dem Haus verbracht. Drei Betten befinden sich in der Galerie über dem Wohnbereich. Hier muss man sich einfach arrangieren und dies klappte bei uns sehr gut. Carola war eine super freundliche und immer erreichbare Ansprechpartnerin. Die wenigen vorgetragene Mängel wurden sofort von ihr oder Georges behoben. Der gepflegte Gemeinschaftspool für das Haus ist sehr groß und ist an den heißen Tagen zur Abkühlung super. Die Gegend bietet viele Möglichkeiten zur Feriengestaltung. Brot und Croissants können beim Nähe gelegenen Campingplatz besorgt werden. Es war eine tolle Zeit, vielen Dank.

QUE DU PLAISIR
Nous avions réservé 'La Maisonnette' pour 12 personnes et tout le monde a trouvé le gite très agréable, fonctionnel.... nous avons été enchanté par sa situation: à 2 pas de la mer et au pieds des Albères. Idéal pour randonner, faire du VTT ou simplement profiter de la mer. Le gite est par ailleurs dans un endroit très calme et très arboré. Pour ceux qui hésitent, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés vous ne serez pas déçus. Christian

toujours un vai bonheur
c'est toujours un vrai bonheur de venir dans cet espace magique....la faune et la flore, la tranquilité.... l'accueil est chaleureux et chaque gite agréable... pour la maisonnette on se sent comme chez soi, un nid douillet avec un poele à bois....les espaces nuit sont bien agencés et la cuisine salle à manger salon est idéale pour partager les moments conviviaux... on reviendra très vite....

les gîtes du Mas St Laurent ?? - leur situation est remarquable, en pleine nature, à proximité d'un beau château, tout prêt de la mer - très confortables, spacieux, bien aménagés, propres, offrant de belles vues - l'accueil qui vous est réservé est très agréable, basé sur la simplicité et la confiance totale. De plus, le restaurant conseillé par Georges JAUME, la Table du Coin, est vraiment à recommander. Alors, OUI, c'est une adresse à retenir ! Merci Georges !

Un lieu splendide pour un groupe d'enfants
Accueil simple, chaleureux, pas de prise de tête, pas de chichi. Des gîtes dans la forêt mais aussi près de la mer avec départ de chemins de randonnées à pied, en V.T.T, magnifique !!!!! George le propriétaire est marin-pêcheur, il nous à fait profité de sa pêche, miam, enfin à découvrir. Idéal pour un groupe d'enfants.

SI VOUS APPRECIEZ -un accueil chaleureux, simple, à l'écoute, prévenant, -une location fonctionnelle, super clean,très bien équipée, confortable et harmonieusement décorée, -une ambiance de pure nature, respirant la bonne humeur, -de bons tuyaux et conseils en tous genres(top!la paella de la Table du Coin au port), -une capacité d 'accueil extensible ( nous logions à 20 dans le batiment de la maisonnette!!) Parfait. Tout simplement.
Nous sommes une famille de deux adultes et deux enfants (5 ans et 3 ans) et nous cherchions un gîte sympas pour les vacances de Toussaint. Le hasard faisant TOUJOURS bien les choses, nous a gâté cette fois. Nous sommes tombé sur Georges (enfin Georjinou pour les enfants...) Et donc les qualités: -Un accueil en toute simplicité, sympathique et confiant. -Un environnement calme, agréable, "aventureux" pour les enfants et bien placé (très proche du port, mais déjà dans la montagne, au départ des chemins de rando). -Un gite (le grand) parfait, propre et agencé avec soin. C'est un plaisir supplémentaire d'être dans de vrais meubles et non pas dans un environnement ou tout est toc et cheap par économie. Ce n'est pas bourgeois pour autant. C'est simple comme à la maison ! (enfin comme à la maison que j'aimerai avoir !) - Et puis, ce n'est pas rien, le propriétaire est marin pécheur. Alors si vous voulez du poisson frais, c'est tout les jours au pied du bateau ! Les défauts: Allez-y. Mais pas trop, il faut nous laissez de la place...

excellent séjour au mas Saint Laurent
Nous sommes arrivés avec 3 couples dans le gîte " la maisonnette " dont nous avons apprécié le confort....le gîte peut accueillir au moins 10 personnes donc à 6 on était bien a l'aise! Le mas est entouré d'arbres et c'est un endroit très reposant ! Une belle piscine, que nous avons bien utilisé .......le propriétaire est tres accueillant et nous avons bu l'apéro ensemble!! Nous pouvons recommander cet endroit merveilleux a tout le monde!!
