When we arrived, we had trouble with the lock box and the Nest thermostat. The on call person was great and came to the house to assist us. I rate that as 5 stars, but here are the reasons for the lower rating. The overall condition of the house (built in 2003) was poor. Carpets were dirty, patched holes in walls, the deck needs to be replaced. The gas oven took forever to heat up. There were not enough cleaning supplies to last the 6 weeks. There was only 1 key. The instructions on where to leave the trash at the end of stay weren't clear and there was no response to my text message. Both the recyclable and trash bins were full when we arrived
