Recently updated, this beachfront condo is proudly being re-introduced to the vacation rental program! New owners have really made this place more special than it ever has been! Capri 104 sleeps 4. King size bed and a sleeper sofa. Friday to Friday rental. Seasonal Beach service is included with your rental. 2 chairs and an umbrella set up for you daily on the beach! NO TENTS OR CANOPIES ALLOWED ON BEACH.
Complimentary wifi included for streaming your favorite apps! Cable not provided.


Destin, Florida is known as "the worlds luckiest fishing village", but we do not stop there! The whitest beaches of Florida and the Emerald Green waters are unmatched. Awsome place to stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: All good! We started staying at Capri by the Gulf a few year ago and this is the only place we stay now when we go to Destin. Like that it is gated and you can pull right up to your unit. The updated laundry facilities is great too! We have stayed in several different units. Some are a little nicer than others but for the most part they all are good. The only comments on this particular unit is the oven is rather old so the temperature is not real accurate. Please get rid of the plastic on the night stands by the tables and invest in some glass if you want to protect the table tops. The plastic did not seem that sanitary. The A/C in this unit was great, but the vent blows right on you when in bed. Would be nice to adjust where this did not happen. We have stayed in at least 5 different units at Capri and this one ranks in the top two so far. Just making some suggestions for improvement.
