Come explore "Sea Breeze", the ideal Sterling Shores Destin studio. Take the time to explore our surrounding area and beaches. This property features not one but two dazzling pools. One lagoon style pool for kids and adults alike, and one beach-side pool which is heated year round.

Simply enter your personal door code into our front door keypad, and vacation begins! Walk right in and begin to unwind. This fully renovated condo features a king size bed, large Smart TV, full bathroom, kitchenette, and a small balcony where you have Gulf views and can let the music of the waves lull you to sleep. Rent on its own for a small trip, or along with the adjoining 2 bedroom condo next door for a larger group!

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dish sponge, and coffee packs. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted.

Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% a refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Enjoyable stay in Destin.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We liked the apartment (Sterling Shores 804A) and we may choose to go there again. Me and my wife had an enjoyable stay there. The only recommendation, given that typically there are two people booking, is that the seating area should accommodate a couple. Now there is a single chair inside, and a single patio chair outside, with a minuscule table that cannot properly fit two coffee mugs and two full size plates, a for breakfast, or for lunch.

It was good!

Overall the inside of the place is nice. The outside of the building is very rusted and corroded in places. However the bed was comfortable and the shower was great. The biggest issue we had was the gate to get in. We couldn't get it to work for 3 of our 4 days there. It was very frustrating. I had to call the property manager becuase we couldn't turn on the TV, there was only 1 chair outside and there were only 2 pillows. By the next day there was someone on site fixing all the issues which was great. Room was clean. Pool is very nice.

Great Room, Needs updated information for customers

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Room and condo was great but all the information we were giving regarding our gate code and room was incorrect. There isn’t a marker for our room so we could not find it and was not able to get in contact with the owners. Was given the wrong gate code and never received the correct one. Owner needs to do a better job at providing updated information and communicate better with customers.
