Recently updated with modern coastal décor, Unit 106 features tile flooring throughout, creating a clean and sleek feel. The living room is furnished with a comfortable fabric sofa, a sleeper sofa, and a ceiling fan for added comfort. Enjoy your favorite entertainment on the 65" TV with an included DVD player. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need during your stay, including both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig—perfect for any coffee lover.

The bedroom features a king-size bed for a relaxing night’s rest, while the bathroom offers a tub/shower combo, ideal for families or those who prefer a soaking option. Accommodating up to 4 guests, Unit 106 blends comfort, convenience, and coastal charm, making it the perfect destination for your next beach getaway.

This condo includes internet access, as well as bath and kitchen towels provided for your comfort. During your stay, you’ll have access to a fantastic selection of on-site amenities, including a heated pool, two lighted tennis courts, a BBQ grilling area, shuffleboard, exercise rooms, saunas, and coin-operated laundry facilities. Guests will also enjoy complimentary beach service (March–October), which includes two chairs and an umbrella set up for you daily on the beach. A convenient towel-exchange laundry service is available during your stay—simply check with the front desk for scheduled days.

The condo was clean, nice. Kitchen pots and pans are due for updating. During our stay, the WiFi line was cut so for two days had no WiFi and we only had actual cell service in the front part of the condo, not in the living area or kitchen. A little frustrating but did have service out at the beach

Overall great place

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this property! The location is great and we really enjoy staying at the Holiday Surf and Raquet Club. This condo was nice, but not quite as updated as the others we have stayed at at this complex. It was very convenient being able to walk out the sliding door and being on ground level; however, with this convenience comes the lack of a beach view. There was a foul smell, especially in the bathroom of the condo, which was bothersome. We will continue to stay at this complex, but will probably look for availability of some of the other units we have previously stayed in for next time!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the unit was very convenient to the beach, pool and pickleball courts. All of the basics are covered, but the unit is in need of an upgrade. Appliances had some issues such as the ice maker drips and freezes and one of the burners on the stove didn’t work for a while. Also, the light above the kitchen table has an issue with the dimmer switch.The bed was very comfortable but the living room furniture was pretty basic. None of these issues are huge and we did enjoy our month in the unit. We suggest the unit should be listed as standard rather than premium.

We had to make temp. curtains to make sure nobody could see daughter sleeping. Table & chairs were not sturdy - chairs wobbled. Coffee table was not assembled all the way and afraid to move bc it would call apart. Pots and pans were just dirty and unusable. Stains all over curtains, couch and chair cushions. Dirty ceilings from dirty air filters. Would not stay here again.

Great time

We had a great stay. Even though the parking lot was being redone there was no problems with parking. My wife loved the beach seats and umbrella. All in all a great stay.

Unit 106 disappointing

The condo is very old and needs to be updated desperately. The carpet in the master bedroom was so dirty it was black. The grout in the entire condo needs to be cleaned, I would not walk around without shoes on. The ice from the ice maker tasted nasty. The comforter on the bed looked like it has been on their for several years and needed to be replaced. The sliding glass door was extremely hard to open and close. Towel exchange was on Tuesday and Friday, we arrived on Tuesday and only had 4 towels in a condo that sleeps 4. I called the front desk to inquire about more towels on Wednesday and was told by a very nice staff member that it was check in time but to come down later and she would get more towels for us. When my husband went to the office a very rude blonde female told him we had to wait until Friday to exchange towels. We eventually got more towels but he had to find someone in housecleaning to get fresh towels. We have stayed in another code at Holiday Surf that was very nice and clean but I will not return due to the rude staff and the deplorable condition of condo 106.

Reviewer Comments: The first room we got was horrible it had mold smelt awful we called the front desk they sent a lady with spray bottle and towel to look at I showed the mold to 3 people they just looked at it no one attempted to clean when then after going back and forth girl from the front desk finally helped us and did try her best to accommodate our stay with different room which was nicer which I do have to say she was super nice about it and helped but I would not stay there agian the fact you can’t smoke anywhere else but grill area and they didn’t have umbrellas there when it was raining or anything so I would not stay there agian

Reviewer Comments: The bed mattress is warp l would not be staying in 106 no more also l didn't get a chance to see tv for 2 days because another tenant that was there before me change the boxes so l had to have it fix by maintenance it rain the whole time l was there and there was no adjustment for that like if you come back we will give you a night free so l think l will go some where else don't get me wrong the girl at the get desk were nice but no encouragement to come back.
