This beautiful home has 5 bedrooms, including a large bunk room upstairs, which sleeps 20 comfortably and plenty of space to entertain. Open concept with the kitchen and dining room, which offers two dining room tables for group meals or games. Living room opens into the dining room through sliding double barn doors and is equipped with plenty of seating, shuffle board, galaga machine and TV. Direct TV cable, streaming and wifi. Large outdoor seating area under covered porch with an outdoor tv & blue tooth speaker. Fantastic views of the beautiful outdoors. Fire pit and seating area for campfires and s'mores. Family Celebration Weekend

This was our second stay at this property. It was wonderful for our large family gathering to celebrate my dad’s 80th birthday, niece’s graduation & Mother’s Day brunch before check out. Weather was perfect. Kids enjoyed the outdoors. Coffee on the porch with a nice breeze looking out across the pond was picturesque. Nothing but praise. Will stay again when possible.

Great house for a family gathering

We wanted a place to enjoy family and celebrate Christmas! This house was perfect for us! The kids loved the bunk room with a game system and the trampoline and play area. They also enjoyed exploring the amazing property! Everyone enjoyed the indoor and outdoor entertainment spaces! No hesitation! Plan to book again!

Country Respite

This property was absolutely amazing. We had a total of four families that stayed on the property and the location and house was absolutely perfect. We all had so much room, and the house was thoughtfully designed. We had a friendly Shuffleboard tournament, and the girls won of course! The outdoor amenities were equally impressive, and we roasted marshmallows outside. Very nice dream property!

Excellent Experience

We stayed at this home to get together as a group of friend. All the features of the home made our trip better. We also loved the proximity to Bryan/CS but still felt like you were in a very rural location. Would highly recommend this property for any get together event.

Beautiful property!

The house was beautiful! It was very spacious and the room upstairs was perfect for the kiddos. The house was stocked with all the necessities needed. Absolutely loved the kitchen area! It was laid out perfectly for all the adults to enjoy dinner. We also enjoyed sitting on the porch enjoying our coffee in the morning. Thanks again for having us! We will definitely return.

Perfect trip

Our softball team was in for a tournament and we are so happy we found this property. It was perfect for our large group. Everything was as advertised and the pictures do not do it justice. The host was awesome and very helpful. Our team made memories that will last a lifetime. Would highly recommend this property to anyone. It was great!!

This was our second stay at this beautiful property and it was even better that we remembered. The house is clean and perfect for a small family gathering. Our favorite part was watching deer off the back porch in the morning and evening. Definitely recommend this for your next stay in B/CS.

Perfect weekend getaway!

All 5 couples, with kids, had a BLAST for New Years at this property! The house was the perfect size and had plenty of room for everyone. The kiddos had fun running around and playing on all the provided outdoor equipment. We cannot wait to get together again and stay at this location!

Aggieland dream stay

Awesome home with true “Texas ambiance”. Close to town but you feel like you’re on your own ranch style homestead. Entertainment for the city folks and the outdoor lovers all in one setting!

Graduation Venue

We needed a place to stay that would hold 10 people and also room for us to make meals and celebrate Graduation. This place was perfect! Everyone had their own personal space and we had a great gathering place. We also liked having the big open outdoor space and not worrying about being too loud for any neighbors. I would stay here again if we were gathering many family/friends like we did for graduation.

Graduation Celebration

This was our BEST VRBO stay to date. The house was gorgeous, extremely clean, and well stocked. We had 10 young adults/adults staying at the house and we all had plenty of room to move about the house. Also, the owner is very responsive. I highly recommend staying at this house. You will not be disappointed!
