Over a mile and a half walk to Kyle Field. The games in garage were accommodating and fun. The outside patio spaces were nice for large groups to spread out. Checkin and out was easy.

This was a perfect place to stay for the UK/ A &M game. It was big and comfortable and had everything we needed. About a mile walk to the stadium and cheap ride shares! Thanks!

Our crew had a wonderful time staying at this residence. It met ever need of ours from plenty of room for activities, plenty of places to sleep, and a perfect location with in town. This was an awesome choice and we look forward to booking again for our yearly training next year.

WHOOP! What a great stay! We didn't want to leave! Communication with the host was seamless, and the property was so cute, clean, quiet, comfy, and all-around good bull. We for sure have it saved in our Aggieland favorites. Highly, highly recommend!

This was a really fun and convenient place to stay. We brought 3 girls for volleyball camp, so the closeness to the A&M campus was a plus. The house was so comfortable and had everything we could possibly need. Niki was super friendly and accessible. We came in 2 cars and there was plenty of room to park. The games were great and helped keep the little brother happy. All in all, it was a super place to stay.

This stay was absolutely perfect. My family had plenty of room to enjoy themselves during an Aggie graduation stay. Host was very accommodating. House was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed.

This is our third time staying here, and we have had a blast every time. We did a guys trip with 8 of us to watch the March Madness basketball games this time, and there was plenty of space for all of us to hang out and sleep comfortably. The two outdoor spaces and large double living room area are perfect for a group. The hosts are also extremely nice, responsive, and accommodating. I highly recommend it!

The house has a great location! Easy to find, close to dining and campus with easy access to the highway for travel to nearby Bryan where our event was hosted. There was ample parking with clean rooms and plenty of space. The kids loved the games, movie and bunk beds! Our host responded quickly and gave clear directions/guidelines for check in/out and house rules. We will definitely return should we visit College Station again.

This home was super clean, conveniently located for A&M campus activities, and less than 15 minutes away from the Brazos County Expo Center. There's an HEB that was only a few minutes' drive. The neighborhood felt safe for two women traveling together. The 2 king bedrooms worked great for two of us, but the home would easily have accommodated a couple of families or a group of friends. Clear, friendly communication from the owner. Great experience! We would stay here again.
