Place all trash in bags and put in the trash bins outside. Trash pickup is on Thursday morning, so if you are in the home on Wednesday, please place the trash bins at end of driveway Wednesday night.
Remember only bagged trash in bins please!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
You must reply back with "We accept the house rules" once they are sent to you after booking.

The house has a great location! Easy to find, close to dining and campus with easy access to the highway for travel to nearby Bryan where our event was hosted. There was ample parking with clean rooms and plenty of space. The kids loved the games, movie and bunk beds! Our host responded quickly and gave clear directions/guidelines for check in/out and house rules. We will definitely return should we visit College Station again.

This is our third time staying here, and we have had a blast every time. We did a guys trip with 8 of us to watch the March Madness basketball games this time, and there was plenty of space for all of us to hang out and sleep comfortably. The two outdoor spaces and large double living room area are perfect for a group. The hosts are also extremely nice, responsive, and accommodating. I highly recommend it!

We love to travel and love being in Aggieland! Both our boys are in College Station....one at Texas A&M and one starting off at Blinn but hoping to transfer next year! We love all things Aggie...football games, baseball games, basketball games and just the vibe of the area, We are proud to share our property with others and hope to provide them with a comfortable, relaxing, but yet entertaining place to stay.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful, and it is close to EVERYTHING! The location is amazing. We are less than a mile from Kyle field. The property is perfect for groups and families, due to the 2 living areas and 3 outdoor spaces. The house is on a corner lot and has a side driveway, so plenty of parking. There is a backyard space for kids to play.

What makes this property unique

Our property is unique because of the amenities. We take great pride in ensuring that everyone has an amazing time. There are three different outdoor areas and two living areas that really let the guests spread out. There are 4 TVs throughout the house to catch the big game, including one on the outside patio! The side patio is right off the living rooms and has a shaded area and oscillating fan. There is a drink cooler and two grills (charcoal and propane). The backyard has a new deck with bar seating and a propane fire pit. We also have foosball, ping pong and cornhole, as well as books and games. The kitchen is fully stocked and bathrooms have towels, shampoo and soap. And of course, cleanliness is our number one priority!
