About this property

Forest Park, The Zoo, and much more

This is a beautifully, well maintained apartment that submerges its guests into a stylish environment mixing antiques with new, modern amenities.

Forest Park is within steps of your front door. Visit the Zoo, Art Museum, Science Center, Golf Courses, Muny Theater, etc. Minutes to downtown, Wash U, Clayton, Maplewood, etc. Walk to famous Dogtown restaurants, bars and shops. Easy access to all major highways so you can hop to Downtown St. Louis, Clayton or West County/Chesterfield.

We would be glad to meet you at your arrival or you can self check in if you'd prefer. Either way, we will be available at all times to answer your questions or give advice on our home town of St. Louis. Just a phone call away!

We live elsewhere in St. Louis but will be available when you need us. However, we will give you privacy unless you call.

This area is known as the HEART OF ST. LOUIS for its location, location, location. Incredibly welcoming environment but we would not recommend leaving valuables in the car.

Walk, bike, Metro bus, or drive as you are minutes from all major highways.

Full kitchen to enjoy at your convenience! Coin-operated laundry room on site if you need.

Things to note:
- Please note the this is an older building and reaching about 100 years in a historic area of Saint Louis! That being said, there is a lot of charm like original granite steps, meticulous floor tiles, porcelain bathtubs, stucco walls, arched doorways, etc. Please be cognizant that our cleaning crew does a very effective job but as an older building it can be difficult to address every tiny details that's been accumulated over this past century. Regardless, our cleaning crew will do their best to ensure it's as spotless as possible!

- Please note we can potentially provide passes to the Zoo, Botanical Gardens, or the Science Center upon request and depending on availability of passes!

Extremely noisey. Neighbor below broke down their own door at 1am. Police where called (by another neighbor). Ceilings extremely thin. Neighbor above was banging around until 2am. The second day of my stay, the lock for my apartment randomly stopped working. Luckily I had my phone. After about 30 minutes of trying to get ahold of someone, they were able to fix the issue. They said they're not sure why it happened.

Not great communication
Was asked for maintenance to come in during our stay. They arrived after 5pm when we had made arrangements to be out so we continued with our plans since they had keys. Maintenance locked us out of the apartment that we didn’t have keys to just a code and we didn’t discover until midnight. When contacting the property manager he “couldn’t assure anyone would be able to come out.” Didn’t offer to set us up in a hotel or anything. Scary for two young girls to have to wait on the curb for someone to “potentially” come out. When they arrived they also did not have a key to the place and we proceeded in climbing through a window to be let in. Pretty frustrated about that experience but the stay was fine. The parking garage was a little sketchy so we mainly parked on the curb to feel safer.
