Welcome to St. Louis! This quiet and safe place is only minutes of walking distance to the Cathedral, Forest park, Barnes Hospital, Zoo, grocery store, and some of the finest restaurants in St. Louis. It is 6 min drive to Delmar loop/The Pageant, 8-min to Clayton, 7 min to downtown. This is a cozy studio apartment on the second floor. You will get a kitchen, dining room, and the living room, which are all clean and tidy. Metrolink stop, bus stops, are close and easy to find in the neighborhood.
The space
This is a 475 square feet studio apartment suite. It is on the second floor above a garage with a brand-new bed, desk, futon, chair, ceiling fan, walk in closet, walk in shower, 43 inch smart tv. The wifi ranges from 100-200 mbps. If there is any questions or problems you just tell me and I will try to fix it.
Guest access
Metrolink stop, bus stops, are close and easy to find in the neighborhood. But most of the attractions are within walking distance. Also Uber or Lfyt is very convenient. Parking tips- You can park on the street for free, but read the signs for the two or three mornings per month when they do street cleaning. Parking is usually reasonable during the day, but around 4:30 the spots fill up fast as people get off work. Therefore, we do have limited spots available for a $5 reservation. There is limited parking, so request early due to limited availability. If you decide to reserve a parking spot, please be sure to park behind the other cars. Let us know and I’ll send you a request for the total amount. The back parking lot is accessed only through the alley in between West Pine and Lindell.
Other things to note
This is a newly built building in a historic neighborhood. Please treat my home as if its your own.

Double check your reservation to make sure they know you are arriving?

We arrived at 9PM tired from travel - to a place that was not cleaned, a host who was confused about our arrival dates, who asked if we wanted a refund ? I said we need this play to stay its 9 PM. They came over and cleaned it very fast - they said the sheets were clean (told me they has video surveillence?) but they didnt not smell fresh. We have stayed here before and it was a much better expereience - not sure what has happened? Wont be back to this VRBO.

Yes we have video surveillance of cleaners changing laundry and washing the sheets. This is to keep the integrity of our cleaners to make sure they are doing the job. Laundry is done at another building.
