Character apartment in 20th century villa - Exceptional sea view

Character apartment on the 1st floor of a villa from the beginning of the 20th century overlooking the beach of Saint Enogat with an exceptional view of the islands of Harbor, Cézembre and the privateer city of Saint Malo.

Cast off... Come and breathe the fresh air of the open sea, get your health back in Thalassotherapy, share good times on the beach with family or friends.

Why not embark from Saint Malo or from Dinard-Pleurtuit airport for the Channel Islands dear to Victor Hugo? Jersey, Guernsey, Sark will enchant you with their permanent micro climate, the wild beauty of their moors and the tranquility of their paradisiacal beaches.

Lovers of seafood and authentic recipes, don't forget to go to Cancale, where you will taste oysters, shellfish and crustaceans.

For the more athletic, the GR34 offers you its 9 kilometers of customs path which meanders between the sea and the luxuriant vegetation of the gardens where a Mediterranean flora flourishes. A unique panorama on a landscape changing according to the color of the sky, the tidal coefficients.
