Beautiful apartment T3 on the 1st floor without elevator completely renovated of 80M2 that can accommodate up to 6 people:
1 bedroom with 1 140x190 bed and a large sliding wardrobe and TV,
1 bedroom with 1 140x190 bed, 2 dressers and TV,
1 bathroom with electric towel dryer and hair dryer, separate wc,
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, etc.
Dining room, living room with 1 double sofa bed TV, WIFI .....
40m2 terrace facing south, garden table, gas barbecue and deckchairs.
The apartment is located about 500m from the Thermes Marin and its beach,
Saint-Malo Intra Muros is about 3 minutes by car, bus stop about 150m, near the TGV station.

Chrystele is a warm welcoming host. The apartment is in a good area that is walking distance to the beach, good food markets and Intra Muros tourist area. It has everything needed for a good holiday. The only issue I could see would be that it has a flight of stairs - so would not work for everyone.

We loved the apartment. Everything about it was first class. The host was really helpful. The large terrace was lovely for sitting out. The walk along the beautiful beach to St Malo was great. Would highly recommend.

Saint Malo vacances

The landlord was there to greet us, and showed how everything worked. She is a charming lady, the flat was very clean and comfortable and very close to the beach. I highly recommend this flat.

Little break in St Malo

This was a very comfortable, clean and quite well equipped apartment in a very quiet neighbourhood about 10 mins walk to the beach (and shops). It was about half an hours walk in to the old town of St Malo. (Quicker if we had used the bikes kindly supplied).There was an amazing balcony/patio which was a good little sun trap allowing an early morning coffee and late evening meals outside.Very comfortable place for the 3 of us. Our host was very welcoming and helpful, although worth noting, depending on your quality of French, she was French speaking.

Highly recommended!

This house is very nicely updated and furnished, and the host provides all the amenities one needs and then some. The cakes and cookies that were provided were an especially nice touch and a big hit with the kids. The house is close to shops and restaurants and it's only a 10 minute walk to the beach. We had a car so we really appreciated the private parking spot in front of the house, The old walled city of Saint-Malo is about 5 minutes away by car, or a 25 to 30 minute walk along the ocean. We were extremely happy with this place and would definitely stay here again.

Das Apartment liegt ruhig und zum Strand ist es nicht weit. Alles sehr sauber und eine tolle Küche mit Gasherd. Es standen uns sogar 2 Fahrräder zur Verfügung um die nahe Umgebung zu erkunden. Wir haben und dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Le meilleur de Saint-Malo

Nous avons voyagé avec nos enfants, 2 jeunes adultes. Confortable avec 2 lits et un divan-lit. L’accès à Saint-Malo intra-muros est très beau via la plage par une marche d’environ 30 minutes. Belle terrasse, dont nous avons malheureusement peu profité. Quartier tranquille.
