Minutes from restaurants, nightlife and shopping, Tween Waters is the perfect vacation destination for families, extended families or multi-family groups . Relish in the comfort and spaciousness of the home, the million-dollar unobstructed views of the Gulf and Little Lagoon, the private beach access from our deck, the quiet atmosphere and the many amenities this home offers.

Tween Waters offers a spacious, unique layout with 2 separate living areas, 2 kitchens, 2 washers/dryers, 2 levels of decks, 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.

Please note that a portion of this home can be closed off to make a “mother-in-law” suite with 2-3 bedrooms, kitchen and living area separated from the rest of the house. If this area is not closed off, two bedrooms will be pass-thru to the first floor living/kitchen area.

Tween Waters sleeps a maximum of 15 guests: 14 in beds plus one (or two) on sleeper sofa. Each bedroom and each living area has independent satellite TV service. WiFi is available throughout the home.

Enjoy our outdoor living space with incredible views. Numerous options available for seating/dining on one of our two decks that provide both shaded and full sun areas. Our private (personal) wooden boardwalk, provides easy access to the beach from the house and can be accessed from all levels of the house. An outdoor shower is available on the boardwalk.

Take a short stroll and enjoy Laguna Key and its amenities. Whether it’s swimming in the community pool, playing a game of tennis, shooting some "hoops", fishing in Little Lagoon or building castles in the sand, this house, with its community amenities, has something for everyone! Our home is highly rated by our guests.

The uninhabited coastal region of Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge and it's undisturbed beauty is a very short walk down the beach.

Tween Waters does not allow events with more than 15 people and you must be at least 30 years old to rent.

Laguna Key does not allow more than 4 cars per house. Violators will be towed.
Only registered guests are allowed to use Laguna Key amenities.
No boats, trailers or RV's allowed.

Great Stay

The property was well appointed and very clean. Great location, as the beach was private, and we virtually had the beach to ourselves. If you are looking for a terrific place that is away from all the tourism this is it. You have to drive 5-20 min for restaurants, but its a very easy drive. There are beach chairs provided which was nice as well. Oh, and the pool was a great change of pace for the grandkids.. Andrea was very responsive and easy to work with. We would definitely stay again!

Adequate on line Description of home Stunning views from back of house and deck Laguna Key is a gated community away from the crowds. Peaceful and relaxing!!! Feel like you have your own beautiful private beach at your back door If needed Andrea is friendly and responds promptly! Our family of 8 Adults and 6 children had a wonderful time!!!

Fantastic Property

Our stay was amazing! We had a family reunion with ages ranging from 4-80 years old and everyone had a wonderful time. The views were fantastic and it felt like we had our own beach the entire week. This is an ideal spot for a large family vacation or a family reunion where you want to enjoy each other's company and stay away from the crowds and traffic. Owner was great to work with and when we had a slight issue with an exterior door not opening, we alerted the owner and a handyman showed up within a couple hours to fix it. I can't recommend this property enough and the owner was so easy to work with. You definitely won't be disappointed if you stay here.

The home is as lovely as the pictures show. Great layout for large families. There's plenty of covered and uncovered deck space. Andrea responded quickly to any questions. We would definitely stay there again.

Tween Waters

My family and I had an amazing time on vacation at this property. It easily accommodated the 13 people who were in our group. The property was beautiful and had direct access to the beach. Plenty of space and had activities and sand toys for the kids to use. Neighborhood was quiet and not overcrowded. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while in Gulf Shores.

Why they chose this property

From the moment we saw this house, the location, the amenities of the quiet gated community, we fell in love with it. We decided that this home would be our "retire to" home in the future. As we aren't quite ready to retire, we decided that we would open this home up for others to share and enjoy the beauty, the comfort, the peacefulness that 'Tween Waters offers.

What makes this property unique

The private-gated community offers security and solitude. No busy beach here - it's a very quiet area. Take a beach stroll west, just past a few houses, and you enter the coastal region of Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge... a popular area for Loggerhead, Green and Kemp's Ridley sea turtles to nest.
