4 BR SOUNDFRONT HOME- PINE KNOLL SHORES - BRING YOUR BOAT

You will enjoy the Crystal Coast in this conveniently located 4 Bedroom 2 Bath cottage located directly on the intercoastal waterway in family-friendly Pine Knoll Shores. This fully furnished home comes with a full-size kitchen equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and plenty of cooking and dining utensils. A large flat screen television is provided in the living room. Our deck overlooks the sound with beautiful sunset views! It also provides a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee, sip a glass of wine, or just relax in the sun with a good book. The private pier/dock is suited for docking your boat, swimming, boating, skiing, kayaking, kneeboarding, fishing, throwing cast net for shrimp, or just relaxing on a raft.
The house has a King bed in the master, Queen beds in the other two bedrooms and one set of bunk beds and a day bed in the 4th bedroom.
The living room, sunroom and back three bedrooms offer amazing views of Bogue Sound. The 4th bedroom is a converted den and has no closet but a chest of drawers and a hall closet is just outside the bedroom. There is a laundry room with a washer, dryer and a sink.
Enjoy private gated access with parking to the beach as well as access to neighborhood parks and boat ramps just down the street with no lines or waits. Golf is just just down the street at Crystal Coast Country Club. Bring your boat and cruise to the intracoastal waterway and Beaufort inlet in no time. Shackleford Banks, Morehead City waterfront, Cape Lookout, historical Beaufort waterfront, and Carrot Island are also easy boat trips away. House also offers bikes and kayaks for your enjoyment.

Beautiful Location

This was our first time to Pine Knoll Shores and we loved it. The location was beautiful overlooking the sound. The waterfront worked well for boating and windsurfing. The house and property are larger than the pictures show. Very spacious family room. The kitchen eating area (table), however is quite small for everyone. We had 8 people. But we were creative in making it work. The beach is nearby and is quiet.

Wonderful location!

This house is perfect if sound side relaxing is your goal. The view from the back porch is beautiful and peaceful. And the dock is great for fishing or letting the kids jump in the sound to swim. There’s a sand bar just across the channel at low tide and walking around letting the kids see the sea life was a big treat. The house is good sized and it’s obvious the owners stay there and are upgrading and modernizing as they go.(the laundry room slop sink was full of paint supplies from where they just painted the kitchen) While they do not allow dogs they do obviously own one as there was pet hair abundant through the house, so bring Benadryl if you have anyone severely allergic to dogs like my mother. Also be prepared to clean out leftover food from the fridge if you want to have room for your own groceries. But these are minor complaints, believe me when I tell you the view alone is worth the price of admission, wonderful house, thanks to the Hosts for their hospitality!

Nice Spacious Family Home with a Beautiful View

The property is located in a lovely neighborhood with beautiful views of the sound and mainland. We enjoyed sitting on the private dock and it gave the children the opportunity to swim in the sound. Most of our meals were prepared in the well stocked kitchen.
