About this property

Beautiful home 3BR/2.5B in calm slough. Great location for Auburn games!

ONLY 40 MINUTES TO AUBURN UNIVERSITY!!
Beautiful 3BR 2.5 bath that sleeps 8-10. Perfect home for weekend getaways or just a short drive for Auburn football games. The top floor is an open floor plan with a modern kitchen and stainless steel appliances that overlooks the living area and a 80”" TV. There is a large balcony that overlooks the lake with comfortable seating. The lower level features 3 bedrooms (1 King Master Suite, 1 bunk room with 4 twin beds, and 1 Queen room with another covered balcony looking over the lake. This is a quiet slew that's great for swimming or sitting outside and reading a book. Newly renovated dock with boat tie ups. Slew opens up to a large area that's great for skiing and tubing. We also have access to a community park with a boat ramp, pavilion and docks (not to be used overnight) that is an easy walk to.
We will be adding a $15 boat launch fee due to our HOA not allowing renters access and needing a local resident to unlock the gate for guests. If you do not want to pay this fee there is a free public boat launch about 10 minutes from our house that I can give you directions to.

DISCLAIMER: Lake Martin water levels start to go down after Labor Day each year and rise again around April. Please take note of this when booking for this time of year. We CAN NOT guarantee water during the Fall/Winter months.

Our house is an easy 10-15 minute boat ride to Chucks Pizza or Chimney Rock.

We offer a grill, outside seating, cable TV with smart TV's in 2 bedrooms. Local resident ready to assist when needed.

Fun in the Sun

Absolutely loved everything about our stay at Lake Martin. We all had a blast. The house was absolutely gorgeous and very spacious. Plenty of room for the entire family. Taylor was absolutely amazing. She answered every question, and was just a phone call or text message away. If I needed anything, she was quick to reply right back. Highly recommend her beautiful place. Can’t wait for our next stay on Lake Martin.

This location was perfect for our family get together for two weeks. It was so nice to be able to walk out to the boat every day and pretty much have the lake to ourselves as we lucked out with kids returning to school the week we got there. Would highly recommend and the host was super responsive!

Excellent Vacation

The house was excellent and in a quiet area of the lake. The neighbors were all very nice as well as the location on the lake. We rented a boat from the Ridge Marina and brought a jetski that we launched from the community boat ramp that was a minute drive from the house. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and will definitely book with Taylor again!

Perfect spot for a get away

We rented a boat from momentum marina this place wasn’t far from there at all. Boat dock was easy to get to and central to everything(chimney rock,chucks pizza and tubing areas). House was comfortable for all 8 of us. Host was very responsive and helpful. Will gladly rent again!

Peaceful getaway

Great location, chimney rock is around the corner and there are plenty of restaurants within 15-20 minutes. House is spacious and up to date. We brought our boat so the private boat launch was a big plus for our family. We’ll be back again.

Auburn Football

My family rented this home for the weekend to relax and attend Auburn football game. Home had plenty of room for 6 guests and awesome views. Only 40 minute drive to game. We will be coming back again!

Family Vacay on the Bayou!

I just want to thank you for a wonderful week on Lake Martin. Your house was beautiful and perfect for our family. The views were lovely from the porch! We enjoyed boating and floating on the lake and fishing off the pier; it was so relaxing! We hit up some of the hot spots while on the water - Chimney Rock, Goat Island, The Social, Bluff's, and Chuck’s Pizza. We also played a round of golf, and the scenery was awesome! Thank you for sharing your great suggestions and your lovely home with us!
