Perfect spot in lovely Hallowell

Beautifully renovated/decorated upstairs apartment. Convenient off-street parking. Clean, comfortable place with plenty of room for one or two people. Just one block off Water street with the cute shops, restaurants, and next to the river. Looking forward to my next visit!!

We love staying there! Feels like home!

However, there is one problem. You need to do something with the parking area. That driveway is a mess! You get in your car and it’s muddy. You get out and it is muddy. You need to build it up with stabilized gravel or stone.

We had another wonderful weekend at this property! The home is so charming it already feels like a second home to us. We love the ability to walk to restaurants one night and cook in the kitchen the other night. All the supplies are there. All the rooms are spacious, but the flow is open and inviting. We will be booking here many times in the future!

The High End Apartment was beautiful!! Everything was clean and nicely placed. It was homey and comfortable, a place we would definitely stay at again!

Eric and I live in Hallowell and are available for any questions or concerns. I (Pam) am a pediatric occupational therapist and enjoyed giving travelers a wonderful place to stay and enjoy our special city.

Why they chose this property

This apartment is located right in downtown Hallowell where there is some of the best restaurants and pubs in Central Maine. It is less then 5 minutes from the State House and 10 minutes from MaineGeneral.

What makes this property unique

Why stay in a hotel off the highway with only one restaurant when you can stay in a beautiful apartment with a fireplace, deck and lots of entertainment options.
