About this property
Cozy Cottage on Togus Pond
2 bedroom, one bathroom, sleeps 5-6
This bright, cozy cottage has two bedrooms and one bathroom. It is fully equipped for all of your vacation rental needs.
Worromontogus Lake (Togus Pond) is scenic with coves, islands, and woods. There are over 643 acres of water with a rocky shoreline. The "pond" boasts six sizable islands with many smaller ones to explore. The water is clear and great for swimming. Additionally, it is well stocked with bass, large and smallmouth, and white perch, so bring your fishing poles! A public boat launch has been added, which makes Togus Pond great for boating and jet skiing as well! Nothing is more enjoyable than sitting by the fire pit listening to loons at night on Togus Pond.
Togus Pond is located in Augusta, the capital of Maine. Local activities include hiking, golfing, antiquing, blueberry/strawberry/apple picking, fairs/festivals (throughout the summer and fall seasons), and more. For those local craft beer lovers, the Cushnoc Brewery Annex is less than 5 miles away!
