Condo has many upgrades, including new stainless steel appliances. Tuscana Resort is a gated community that is impeccably maintained. Tuscana Resort offers great amenities, such as a fitness center, restaurant, community pool, and playground. The large swimming pool has a separate kiddie pool, a jet spa, and complimentary cabanas, along with an outdoor picnic area and playground. It is located right outside of Champions Gate, close to major highways, restaurants, shopping centers, and theme parks. We had a great experience!!! It is so very welcoming to have all of the comforts of home. We didn't need to bring our coffee or paper towels. There was plenty in the condo. Will definitely keep this in mind for future trips!!!!

Great trip

The unit was clean, spacious and functional. TVs worked well and had plenty of choices. Kitchen had all the amenities. It is a nice development with a great location. Very easy to work with property owner / manager on check-in and a late change on the reservation date. WiFI was very strong.

Family getaway

We had a great time visiting in Florida. Our condo was the perfect size with three bedrooms and two baths. Everything was so neat and clean when we arrived. The kitchen was well equipped and we really enjoyed the screened in patio area. The pool was a nice size but because it was December we spent more time in the hot tub. We were located in the back area of the resort so it was very peaceful back there. But even so we were still close to shopping for groceries and gas and restaurants. Maria was wonderful to work with and really went above and beyond to help us out . We would certainly stay here again.

Used to be great

Unit is in a great area with plenty of food and close to the highway. Nice appliances, plenty of pool towels. We liked that it was tucked away in the back. You could hear street noise from the pool but not from our unit. AC worked great and plenty of kitchen stuff. Unit is very worn. Carpet is dirty and the unit smelled so strongly of dampness that we had to febreeze everything (I know Florida is very humid and has that smell about it but this hit you in the face when you walked in, not a good first impression). Lots of hair in the bathrooms, sticky nightstands needed wiped down and only 1 dishwasher soap for 6 nights. Also only 1 small kitchen trash bag. Next time I will bring a couple of those items myself. Garbage disposal has the wrong drain assembly so you cannot use it. No salt or pepper and there were not grills by the playground. Overall it needs a good scrubbing.

Great value for Championsgate proximity

We were very disappointed. The unit is way in the back next to a dumpster. It was not well lit. The elevator was dirty and smelled. There was an insect trap on top of the refrigerator.

Amazing stay

Loved staying in your condo. Condo was very clean and perfect for our family golf trip. The Xbox and playstations were a big hit with our teen boys. Checkin and checkout was super convenient. Loved having all the restaurants and Publix nearby. The Pizza place located in the Publix shopping center was a big hit for our family. Also great communication. Thanks for a great stay and would stay again

Great vacation getaway

My husband and I loved the condo. It was a nice getaway. We loved that this one was a little further back and separated from most of the other buildings in Tuscan. Great place to stay for a nice getaway. Clean rooms and beautiful kitchen.

Very Clean! Awesome pool area! Traffic not great to the OCCC though.

This rental was beautiful! There was plenty of room for a family or several friends to stay together. The pool area was amazing with cabanas if it got too hot. My only complaint was the traffic that we had to sit through to get to and from the Orange County Convention Center. Without the traffic, this VRBO was only 20 minutes away but every day it took about a hour. That’s rough after playing volleyball at the OCCC all day. Overall though, the place was beautiful and convenient to Publix and eating places.

Perfect place

This was super convenient and close to the parks, but also really tucked away and quiet! Worked out great for my family, and the pool was great too. Owner is very responsive and helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better place!

Good Location

This property is spacious and has a great location. My kids enjoyed the pool. My husband and I enjoyed walking in the area. Close to Publix. Maria checked in to make sure everything was good. I do think the pillows and bedding need to be replaced.

Better than expected!

We were in the area for an extended golf vacation. The property was three minutes from Champions Gate golf course and a short drive from several other outstanding courses. It was also within minutes of Publix, Walgreens, restaurants, etc. The condo was comfortable and well appointed. Better than expected!

My favorite childhood memories were the vacations we took. My favorite destinations have been Florida, Jamaica, and Cabo San Lucas. My dad got me into the resort lifestyle and taught me to relax and be, especially on vacation. Sadly, he fought long and hard with Parkinson's for 5 years. He lost his battle in 2017. Helping others enjoy the condo is something I am passioned about.

The cThe condo is strategically positioned at the rear of the resort, ensuring absolute tranquility. I absolutely adore the fact that familes can enjoy kids areas or the larger pool , while also relishing in some much-needed adult time, knowing that serenity awaits us upon our return to the condo. Moreover, this marvelous property is conveniently adjacent to the prestigious Champions Gate Golf Course.

What makes this property unique

Absolutely love the screened in balcony! It's without a doubt one of my favorite features. And let's not forget about the pool - it's not just nice, but also heated! That means you can enjoy a delightful late night swim. Oh, and did I mention the sitting area? It's the perfect spot to relax with a book or get some work done on your Laptop. Plus, there are so many cool things to see around here!
