Mountain View Retreat central to Asheville and Black Mountain

Retreat to Smokey Mountain Hideaway in the Blue Ridge Mountains! This comfortable, spacious, 3 story home has plenty of room with 5 bedrooms & 4 full bathrooms, you can easily sleep 10 ppl. Enjoy the peace and quiet on the expansive decks while you soak in the mountain views and sunsets. Centrally located between Asheville & Black Mtn, an easy commute to experience all that these towns have to offer!

THE SPACE:
The main level is where you'll enter, with a fully equipped modern kitchen open to the living and dining areas. There is a bedroom with views on the main level and full bathroom, washer/dryer in laundry room, as well as access to a large screened porch off the front deck for all to gather.

The master bedroom is on the 2nd level , with on suite and private screened balcony with mountain views.

The top floor also has 2 bedrooms with a Jack-n-Jill bathroom in between, as well as an open bonus/loft area to enjoy separate TV viewing , board games or reading.

The finished basement level includes a 5th bedroom with kitchenette, full bathroom, as well as a washer/dryer. This level has a separate entrance from the outside, but is also accessible from the main floor inside.

**"Our party really enjoyed our outdoors mountain retreat during the Fourth of July weekend! The main house was a quiet, clean, spacious and calming place. All members of our party were able to enjoy their own private rooms and bathrooms whilst still being together in family form.
The house can sleep 12 comfortably easily!

From every part of the three story property a view of the blue ridge mountains was in sight. It was also very centrally located with Asheville and the town of black Mountain being a 15 and 10 minute drive respectively. In truth it was close to all the lovely restaurants, bars, art district, brewery district, North Carolina Arboretum, and hiking spots of the Asheville area have to offer. The whole place made us feel at ease!

Our favorite parts of the trip were how the property made it easy to have good outdoor fun. Right off from the house we were able to go blackberry and raspberry picking as Smokey Mountain is covered in beautiful bushes, go hiking up the same mountain the house is on, and even go fishing down the road. I our drive out one evening we even caught sight of a young black bear running around!

When we didn’t feel like going out to eat we also made use of the chefs kitchen and grill outside on the wraparound porch! We were able to set the table with fresh flowers that we picked and steak, sausages, and vegetables like squash, tomatoes, zucchini that we were able to purchase at a farm 10 minutes away.
