We are located in Fairview, NC
A convenient 10 mins from Downtown Asheville. About 5 mins to Tunnel Road, and the Asheville mall. Plenty of restaurants nearby on Hendersonville Road or Tunnel Road. For groceries, you can shop at the Ingles or the Whole Foods.
Peaceful and tranquil yet close to shopping and dining. The multitude of outdoor activities in this country oasis are abundant.

Linens, plenty of towels, soap, laundry detergent, dish washer liquid, dish soap, garbage bags, cleaning supplies, iron and board, coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, microwave, plenty of eating utensils and more.
Baby/kid gear includes:
Pack and Play w/ crib mattress and sheets, high chair, exersaucer, toys, board games, game console.
TV’s
Three 50” flat screen TV’s with Roku.
Lockbox Code to access home provided once Vacation Rental Agreement is signed and returned.

HANDICAP ACCESS
There are 3 small steps up to the front door into the main house, so some assistance will be needed. Once through that door, you are on the main floor where there is a kitchen, dining room, living room, and 2 full baths. No stairs are necessary to climb. We do not provide handicap rails in the bathrooms.

Car necessary. Uber, Lyft and taxi's also available.

Lady bug seasons are common in Asheville. We spray and vacuum but they can still accumulate daily. It is a common occurrence for all homes in this area.
