for 25 years already I share my adventures with my wife, Lucy, from Porto Alegre. I joined her there in 1995 for the first time and in 1999 we settled there for long pause, Emma was born we ran a bar and rental agency and in 2009 we decided to move to Florianopolis.
Later we moved to the UK and Holland. Emma is starting uni later this year and we are hoping to spend our time between families and everywhere in between.

Why they chose this property

It was love at first sight and I am sure you will understand why the second you set foot in the place!

What makes this property unique

The location is for sure the most livable areas in the city. You find restaurants and bars around the corner, supermarkets open till 10 at night, minimarkets til later even. Any activity you want to do you will find it around there. The park is the heart of the city.
The windows and the views are amazing, the sunset is always great. You can see on the photos that the furniture is set up to look outside. The new windows close smoothly and even insulate on the hottest or coldest days.
The kitchen is very spacious and a joy to work in.
