Shady Oak Cottage is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath vacation rental home located in the Tilghman Beach section of North Myrtle Beach. This pet friendly home got its name from the BIG BEAUTIFUL OAK TREE in the front yard and is walking distance to the beach. It has a fenced in area for the doggies to roam in and out of the screened porch at the front of the house and the back of the house has a big patio with a grill and chairs for relaxing after a long day in the sun . Shady Oak Cottage is the perfect family vacation getaway; comfortably sleeping 11. The first bedroom has a queen bed and TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed, 2 twin beds, and TV. The third bedroom has a double bed, 2 twin beds, and a TV. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed and TV. There is a living area, dining area, and kitchen with dishwasher. This North Myrtle Beach rental has basic cable TV, a DVD player, free WI-FI, washer/dryer, and a charcoal grill.

This is a non-smoking house and does allow motorcycles and or trailers. GOLF CARTS ARE ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY, so you can rent one, just ask us for a company nearby.

Don't forget to set a tee time at one of the hundred golf courses in the area or even take a day for deep sea fishing. This family rental property is located in a quiet, residential community. Groups or house parties are NOT allowed. Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced. Any violation will result in eviction.
