POORLY MAINTAINED property

Dirty bathrooms, moldy tubs, spider webs inside in almost every corner. Bedding stunk, sandy floor, dirty carpet, no trash linen, dirty trash cans, dirty mirrors, noisy windows AC unit, rusty coffeemaker, dirty refrigerator, dirty oven, no bathroom or kitchen amenities. Will never stay there again.

Watch for crawling critters!

Will give my pros and cons for this property. Pros: Great location. Within walking distance of everything. The kitchen is fully stocked. Plenty of linens. Cons: the parking is terrible the house seriously needs to be sprayed because its crawling with roaches bad. one of the bathroom showers does not work. if someone is staying in the unit above you, you can forget any peace and quiet. Overall I am very sure we will not be staying here anymore. The bugs alone was enough to gross me out. One or two is semi understandable considering your at the beach but we were killing at least 2 monster roaches a day. That's unacceptable..

Could of been better

When we arrived we quickly noticed that not one floor on the lower level was level. The floors need to be replaced. The porch was rotting and the back yard and outside shower needed to be weeded. The TVs had no power cord in one of the rooms. And the people who stayed up stairs were so loud every night even in the middle of the night. I would not stay here again until some major remodeling is done.

Great time near everything

It was find till the collage students came in Fri they were very loud an noise they were on the top level mind you we had 3 children over all we had a great time would stay again maybe the top level the bottom even though it was ocean front no veiw over all it was nice for the prices!
