Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback! We're thrilled your family enjoyed the convenient beach location and appreciated our owner's responsive hospitality when addressing the AC issue. We truly value your observations about the decking, outdoor shower, and open floor plan layout—these are helpful insights we'll discuss with our owner for future improvements. We completely understand your concerns and want to enhance the guest experience. We'd love to welcome you back! Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions for your next visit.

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the property overall. We hope you had a pleasant stay and look forward to your next visit.

I am so sorry you did not enjoy the oceanfront home! Due to the dunes, that protect our homes, the view is often obstructed at lower levels. That being said, you are still oceanfront and the pictures provide the view from the porches!

Nancy, thank you for the kind review. We are glad you enjoyed your stay and hope to see you again soon!

Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to make your next visit more enjoyable.

Diana, Thank you for your feedback. We are glad that you were pleased with the location and cleanliness of the property. The rental agreement that you signed did specify that bedmaking had been suspended for 2022, so we apologize if you did not see this portion on your contract. Also, in your welcome correspondence, there was a link to "what to bring", which specified that 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 trash bag per trash can, etc. were supplied. We apologize if the mattress pad was stained. We have staff available 24/7 to assist with any issues that arise. Had we known about this issue, we would have been happy to provide a new mattress pad. We hope you were able to make wonderful memories!

Thank you for your detailed feedback. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We are sorry to hear that the property did not meet your expectations, particularly with the issues you encountered. We understand that a vacation rental should provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we will promptly address the issues you addressed. Please know that we value your business and are committed to ensuring our guests have a positive experience. We hope you will consider staying with us again, and we will do our best to provide a more satisfactory accommodation.

Tara, Thank you for your feedback. Our website clearly states that there is parking for three vehicles. We are very clear about this as we know how difficult and strict parking can be at the beach. We send an email upon booking with a link to the “What to Bring” page on our website so you are aware of the items that you will need to provide for your stay. For example, we list that one roll of toilet paper is provided per bathroom, one roll of paper towels is provided, one trash bag liner, etc. Thank you for letting us know about the nails on the deck; it does not look like this was reported during your stay. We have staff available 24/7 to assist with any guests needs, so had you reached out to use during your stay, we would have been happy to remedy this situation right then and there. This property has an occupancy of 12 guests, and you are welcome to have visitors however our contract clearly states that no parties or events are allowed. We are very glad that you enjoyed your stay and the property worked for a special occasion.
