Carolina Beach Realty (CBR) will not be held responsible for guests with more than two vehicles or for vehicles that are towed due to negligence to use parking passes. The HOA does allow for two guest parking passes, per guest visit. However, the Sand Pebbles HOA does not have assigned parking and cannot guarantee a parking space for any vehicle. The HOA recommends that guests only bring one vehicle during peak season. Sand Pebbles has 91 parking spaces and 72 units.
