Master bedroom and bath is on the upper level. All three levels have sliding glass doors with a deck. The second and third bedrooms are in the middle level. There are two bathrooms on this level. The first level has living, dining, kitchen, and a half bathroom. Rich, hardwood floors throughout the house.
Fantastic ocean views, quiet location, and a short walk to the lake make this a great spot for a relaxing get away!

Enjoyed our stay! Beautiful space and beachy feel. Awesome view from upper two floors. May have changed time of visit had we known the beach restoration pipe would be on the beach - perhaps give a heads up on that. Between all the stairs in the unit and the two “mountains” to get to the water definitely not for people with mobility problems and stairs would be scary for young kids. Nice patios on every floor. Easy walk to eat and boardwalk. Sad to see rides dismantled though. Convenient parking and proximity to beach access.

Vacation

This is the second year we have stayed here and we loved it. The convenience of the location is excellent. We can walk to the beach in less than 2 minutes and walk to several businesses. The location is close enough to the boardwalk to walk if you want but far enough removed that there is quiet on the balcony of the bedrooms to enjoy the serene view without chaos.The place is clean and beautiful with gorgeous views from 2 of the bedrooms and the main level. We absolutely love this place and highly recommend staying here.

It is a very nice condo with everything that you need and beautifully decorated. The location is perfect walk out the door and the beach is right there. You have a great view of the beach from each floor. We had one small problem with the bathroom toilet and Nick was there to fix it .

Great view!

Condo is very nice. The porches are great. There are a lot of stairs. I never found an iron and there was no hair dryer in master suite. Very clean and nice.
