La Vista Condos are located only one block from the best beaches in town, Mamita's and Kool Beach, and only one block from 5th Avenue. The condo is on a non-through street, so there is not much traffic.
Restaurants, shopping, beaches, everything you need just outside the door! This 2 bedroom has 2 king beds, a balcony with air conditioning in all of the rooms. The kitchen is beautiful and fully stocked with dishes etc to make a meal!
This beautiful condo has 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and accommodates up to 4 guests.
Each room has a very comfortable king size bed, with an attached full bathroom. The master bedroom and living room have a flat screen TV with cable.
Enjoy the infinity rooftop, often you will have it to yourself as this is a small residential building.
A beautiful, modern kitchen, with gas stove and oven, over-sized sink, large refrigerator and all of the things you need to cook a great meal! The dining room table is large, and great for having friends for dinner or a drink, with a table that seats 6 people.
The outdoor balcony faces the corner of Calle Cozumel and Calle 32. Located only one block from all the action, just far enough to be quiet inside at night, but close enough to walk everywhere.
There is a full size washer and dryer in this unit, as well as a hair dryer, iron, coffee maker, blender, toaster oven and microwave.
You can walk everywhere from this location, but if you do have a car, there is free parking in the garage.
NIGHTLY/WEEKLY RENTERS:
***Electricity costs are extremely high in Mexico. Included in the rate is a credit of 205kWh (kilowatt Hours) per day towards the cost of electricity. OUR GOAL IS NOT TO CHARGE YOU FOR ELECTRICITY, but for you to be cautious and aware. For heavy use of electricity, any additional consumption beyond the allotment will be charged at a rate of 6 pesos (about 30 cents USD) per kWh, from your security deposit. We will provide tips that will greatly reduce usage, if followed. A photo will be taken on checkin and checkout dates. ***
MONTHLY RENTERS are responsible to pay 100% of their electricity (to take advantage of our "discounted monthly" pricing (the price that shows when you choose more than 28 nights). 6 pesos per kw. We require a larger deposit for monthly renters, this money will be used to pay the electricity at the end of the month/stay. Any balance is returned to the guest.
