ONE OF A KIND, no other units like this townhome, decorated in colorful island style decor, is located only one block from Sugar Beach, the longest white sand beach on Maui. Managed by Aloha Maui Getaway since 2008,which is always available for you, we are one of a few that have central air, and our loft bedroom is enclosed for privacy not open to the living room like most. We are in building 1 so there is NO road noise & we have all new windows in our unit which makes it a lot quieter. It is just minutes to some of the best snorkeling, windsurfing, and surfing Maui has to offer. After a day in the sun, relax with a tropical drink while your kids swim in the large resort style pool just steps from your lanai. We are one of 2 complexes that heat the pool in the winter. The Koa Resort is a small complex of about 54 units that sets on over 5 acres of lush tropical landscaped grounds. We also have boogie boards, beach chairs, cooler & umbrellas. Our townhome has t.v.s in most rooms, wireless internet, . So come to our home and relax, enjoy and have a wonderful vacation!!

We had 8 adults and two 1-year olds and we had a FANTASTIC time! This is most definitely a condo for families - they had a high chair, a little table and 2 chairs (which the kids LOVED), plates, cups, and silverware for kids, water vests, a stroller, 2 port-a-beds, a safety gate, kids beach toys, and other amenities for children. They also had games for adults (shuffleboard, ping-pong, pickleball, etc), very easy access to a beautiful pool with a hot tub, lots of beach chairs, washer/dryer, etc. The pictures are authentic - beautiful, very-livable condo. I highly recommend this spot to anyone!!! :)

The unit was well suited for our needs! We appreciated the communication before our arrival and the quick response via text while on the island. This unit had plenty of beach equipment and a well appointed kitchen which served us well! The pool and grounds were lovely, including our family of chickens! We enjoyed the location as we could easily head to the S Kihei Road for eats, snorkeling, groceries or to the highway for more distant adventures. Thank you!
