Venice Villas is a 2 story condo complex. The property extends all the way to the beach where there are 2 gazebos ideal for watching sunsets. My unit is on the ground floor next to the Olympic size pool. It is about a 3 minute walk to the Gulf of Mexico. The units are small studio/efficiency condos. The unit has WiFi/Internet, Cable, 4K smart TV, Blueray, Stove, Microwave, Coffee maker, Iron, Refrigerator and a Queen size bed. The property is ideally located. It is a short distance from the fishing pier, public beach, downtown shopping district/restaurants and Publix grocery store. There is also a laundry on site.

This property is as advertised it is compact but has all the necessities. Just right for 2. Next to a great pool and don't forget the beach for hunting for sharks teeth and glorious sunsets.

July 4th vacation

The place was a perfect size for my fiancé and I. There were even some chairs and beach items to take down to the gulf which was only a 3 minute walk from the room. The pool in the complex wad kept perfectly clean and clear. Overall great time, highly recognized!

For a single man this room was perfect. Nice distance from the beach and the pool was great. Saw a few cockroaches but it’s the south and it’s to be expected. Great room at an even better price.

Labor Day weekend

My friend and I had a wonderful stay at this little condo. The owner Mike was very nice and accommodating. It’s a cute place in a great location. The pool is right outside the condo door and the beach is a short walk away. Would definitely stay again. The only suggestion that I have is get rid of the Murphy bed and put a reg bed in its place. There would be more room and it wouldn’t look so cramped.

Our overall stay was great. 2nd time @ this location. I didn’t notice the maintenance man like in 2022, & the pool area was always a mess in the morning. No one pays attention to the rules of the pool btw… I wanna keep this my hidden gem. 💜
