Cozy, charming “NEWLY RENOVATED beachy” unit is specifically designed to feel much more open and roomier than one would normally think of as a studio. Wood ceiling gives you a very quaint feeling inside. Efficiency Kitchen with full retro blue refrigerator, microwave, large toaster oven, and Electric Pans. Queen bed w/ lights and soft linens. Smart TV & wifi. Includes beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels along with a cooler.The Villa on breathtaking Golden Beach is the jewel of Venice Island on the Florida Suncoast. Just steps away from the beach, away from all of the crowds, you can bask in the sun or look for sharks teeth in the sand during the day, while enjoying spectacular sunsets every afternoon, from the sand, under one of the gazebos, or while wading in the warm water of The Gulf of Mexico. You may want to relax on the chairs (with tables)or loungers by the olympic size swimming pool, socializing with friendly people.....or just have a beverage of choice overlooking the pool. Venice Island has public Pickleball courts and Tennis courts that are only 1.5 miles away. Venice Island’s downtown area has great restaurants and shops to explore.
