Located conveniently a quarter mile away from the Steamboat base and a short shuttle ride to downtown, Berghaus Lodge South is the perfect spot to dig in for a Steamboat Springs escape.

Our townhome is spilt over three levels with the heart located on the main level. The kitchen, dining, and living rooms are part of an open floor plan situated under vaulted ceilings. Features in the living room include a large stone gas fireplace and rock laid chimney, flat screen TV and entertainment center, and sprawling leather sectional to sink into after a day of playing hard in the Yampa Valley. Don't forget to visit the wet bar with a stereo system located at the edge of the room. Major meals can be prepped in our fully equipped kitchen with large four burner gas stove and oven, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen also has two sinks and an island that serves as a breakfast bar seating up to four. The main dining table seats up to six and is situated between two windows overlooking the Yampa Valley. The Primary King Suite is located on this level. This suite features a King bed, flat screen TV, and attached bathroom with dual sinks. Surrounding the back side of the entire main level is a massive deck that can be accessed from the living room or main level King Primary Suite.

The upper level contains a loft area with a work desk, printer, meeting table, and two more bedrooms. The second bedroom is a suite that has a King bed and is complete with its own lounge with fireplace, private balcony, flat screen TV and leather couch. Additionally, this suite contains an en suite bathroom with dual sinks, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. You're going to want to call dibs! The third bedroom on the upper level also has a King bed, flat screen TV, private bathroom with walk-in shower, and a private balcony with ski area views.

The lower level of the home contains the Bunk Room and additional lounge area. The Bunk Room is perfect for the kids with a Twin/Twin bunk bed and a Queen bed. The lower level lounge is another entertainment hub of the home with two large leather sofas hosting one Queen sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, card gaming table, and access to the private hot tub and backyard.
