très belle vue ,belle plage idéale en famille. Piscine abîmé il manque des carreaux sur les marches est dans la piscine du coup sa fait mal aux pieds... barbecue très abîmé un très gros trous de rouille, frigo cassé le gérant ma dit qu'il allait le changer immédiatement PAS DU TOUS...j'attends toujours.

Séjour agréable et reposante cadre sublime 👌

Nous avons passer une superbe semaine dans cette jolie maison un cadre magnifique (des palmiers d’une hauteur juste waouhh) une belle piscine, très calme est reposante. La maison est petite mais suffisante elle est bien entretenue, équipé lave vaisselle, lave linge, barbecue, fer à repasser,serviettes piscine, linge maison ... La cuisine est très fonctionnel il y’a vraiment tous ce dont on a besoin. Je suis ravie de mon séjour je recommande à 100% cette maison valeur sûre. Le propriétaire est très gentil et à l’écoute, ponctuel. Vous avez des commerces pas loin, une belle crique (cala baladrar) à quelque mètres de la Maison, la ville de moreira à 9 min et calpe a 15min vraiment un bon emplacement. Ravie de mon séjour et le cadre est sublime 👌?

Villa RICARDA

belle propriété, bel environnement. La maison est simple mais confortable, bonne literie, rien ne manquait en terme d'équipement (nous avons simplement ajouté une paire de ciseaux) ! Par contre, la maison n'étant pas climatisée (merci pour la planète), il faudrait des ventilateurs plus pertinents, et SURTOUT des rideaux OCCULTANTS dans les pièces, car nous avons souffert de la chaleur la nuit.

Espectacular

La casa en espectacular el sitio muy muy tranquilo es el segundo año que volvemos las primeras vacaciones de nuestro hijo y ha sido todo un acierto. Sven muy atento a cualquier problema que pudiera surgir aunque nunca fue el caso la casa es pequeña pero con los espacios muy bien aprovechados pero la piscina es increíble no apetecía salir de la casa ni para hacer la compra muy recomendable para ir con niños y con mucha tranquilidad para el disfrute de toda la familia sin duda para el año que viene volvemos.muchisimas gracias por todo Sven eres una persona muy agradable y muy atenta.

Maravillosa villa

Las fotos no engañan, es tal cual la muestran. Zona muy tranquila a un paso de Moraira en coche. Esta a un paso de una cala y muy cerca de bares, restaurantes y tiendas en coche. Supermercados cerca, ideal para descansar y desconectar.La piscina y la zona de baño espectacular. Sven y Mal Te son encantadores y están pendientes en todo momento de lo que necesites, en fin, unas vacaciones de 10. Muchas gracias chicos!!!
