About this property

Luxury Condo with Golf Package

This beautifully decorated 2 bedroom/2 bath condo was recently renovated with tile floors, granite counter tops, new furnishings, and large flat screen televisions. The condo has two balconies overlooking the Walden Marina and Lake Conroe. There is a swimming pool on the property and our guests also have access to the community pool at the Walden Yacht Club. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal. There is a washer/dryer in the condo.

This condo is convenient to everything you might want to do on Lake Conroe. Our guests have access to all of Walden's amenities including golf (Walden), tennis, private boat launches, a new courtesy dock, a fitness center and two on-site restaurants.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please adjust the thermostat to 75 degrees in the warmer season and 68 degrees in the winter months before leaving.
Do not use the dishwasher or washer/dryer unless you are in the condo.
There are dumpsters at each end of the surface driveway.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
1. Long-term rentals may park one car in garage. 2. The use of charcoal grills, open pits, and smokers is prohibited. 3. Parties are prohibited.

This property overlooks the Walden Marina and Lake Conroe. There is an on-site swimming pool and a courtesy dock. Our guests have access to a private, gated boat launch, Walden Yacht Club, fitness center, tennis and pickle ball courts, and the Walden Golf Club.

Very private location, quiet and serene. There are two separate balconies from which you can view the marina and lake. This condo has been updated and provides internet and cable television at no additional cost.
