About this property

New villa by the beach with private swimming pool and breathtaking sea view

New modern Villa has five bedrooms, three toilets and two WC. On the main flour there is big living and dining room with fully equipped kitchen. There is one wc for guests. This all area is 60 m2. On the first flour there are four bedrooms and two bathrooms and one wc. Three bedrooms has exit on the balcony. On the last, second floor there is one main bedroom and one tolaet.
There is also large terrace with panoramic views of the entire bay, and a big BBQ. Villa also has big yard with sunchairs and sunbeds near big pool. We are only 40 meters from the beach with crystal clear water.

Great villa with magnificent sea virw

My familly and me spent the best holliday in life unbelievable bay of village Razanj . Villa is brand new and everthing we needed is there: Fully equipped, sea view from each room, quite area and positive energy... we really enjoy in breathtaking sunsets and cristal clean beaches.. completele modern decorated new property with clean pool in which enjoy every moment. Owners very generous and gave us top reccomandations. We also rented bikes and explore beautifull untached area around.. Village Razanj is the best.

A lovely Villa located in a peacfull sea oasis just a few meters away from the crystal clean sea with a spectacular view and the private pool.The Villa has everything you need for an amazing vocation with your family and friends.Very modern designed with a lot of taste and perfectly clean.The owner is very friendly,welcoming and helpful in any way.Tina recommended us a Company for the excursions and we were more than satisfied with.We had a wonderfull vocation and we will definitely visit Villa Emilly again.We highly recommend Villa Emilly..
