Wonderful location! Very convenient train/bus location. Host was very responsive and accommodating. When I visit the area again, this is the first location I will be trying to book!
Very close to the train and the beach and lots of fun things to do. Even the in-house bar and coffee shop were great if you're looking to stay in. The area can be a bit loud at night if you're a light sleeper, but overall a great stay. The pool was "closed for cleaning" indefinitely otherwise I would've given 5 stars.

Thanks for your review Jonathon. I'm glad you enjoyed everything. Sorry about the pool being closed while you were here. They need to replace the filters every 5 years in order to maintain their license, and unfortunately that coincided with your visit. Happily, that work is done and the pool is re-opened. I hope you come back to experience it next time.
Very clean and perfect for our short stay! The building was very quiet and staff was super nice! So many places in walking distance to explore and the free permit parking was a lifesaver!
Apartment is in a handy location — far enough from the red line that you don’t hear it but a very short walk. Multiple music venues within a short walk as well as tons of great food options.Unit itself was clean and had everything we needed. Loved the bar downstairs and the café was an extra bonus. We had rainy days and couldn’t take advantage but the rooftop terrace would have been fantastic. Pick up some Vietnamese or Chinese food on Argyle and sit with a fantastic view.Communication with the host was always quick. Would definitely stay again.
So many great music venues nearby and the apartment is so cool. The right size with everything you need in a building with a gym and a pool and so many other useful assets
Highly, highly recommend staying in this Uptown apartment.
The owner has everything down to a science. Check-In and Parking was super easy, the amenities were a big plus, and everything nearby was either walkable or a short Uber away. Can't recommend enough!
The apartment has everything we needed with clear, detailed information about the apartment and the area. There is a great coffee shop and a small bar in the building lobby. And just 5 short steps from the front door sits a wonderful breakfast and lunch spot called the Breakfast House.I would recommend Aaron’s place to anyone visiting Chicago. The neighborhood is quiet and close to tons of things to eat, see and visit.
Great location when seeing a show at the Aragon. Lots of helpful information about the apartment and area from the host. The building had a coffee shop, a bar, and a nice breakfast place right next door. The apartment also came equipped with a Goonies coffee mug. What else do you need?
Overall really liked the apartment and the rooftop deck.
Easy access to the train. no need for a car. Close to great variety of great restaurants.
Apartment exactly as shown in images. Very comfortable for two.
AMAZING water pressure.
Only issue was down to 1 working elevator during our time-which meant we were grateful to be on the 5th floor and able to use the stairs.

Thanks Elizabeth! All 3 elevators are up and running again.
Amazing communication. Appreciate the parking pass- major bonus. Apartment itself was perfectly suitable, a ton of space. Suggestions for places to visit were also really spot on. We’re from Chicago originally and I have been to a lot of shows at Aragon and Riv. I would just say for out of towners to be aware even though families have moved into the area, it can still be a little rough around the edges. Overall, a great location and apt to jump to different areas of the city.
We had a really terrific experience staying at Aaron and Carrie's place! A great location for biking, restaurants, and events. The apt is in a safe area, and the building is very retro - with a nice lounge/entrance living room, in-house bar, and coffee spot for a good latte. The pool (not warm, but very nice) was great and if you like working out- lots of options for cardio. Parking can be a challenge, but I found something every night (eventually). The upstairs roof garden would be wonderful in the summer. Apt is well appointed and cozy, bed is comfortable and I think their shower may be the best I've ever had in my life- amazing!
