Due to health issues in the Owner's family, pets. service or emotional support animals are not permitted on this private property under any circumstances. This includes visitors of Guests. Any pet(s) found in or about the Rental Property will be grounds for the Guest's expedited eviction, forfeiture of all monies paid. Guest will be made liable for specialized cleaning costs and any potential damage to the property and/or the health of other persons caused by the animal's presence on the property. After a sunny day at the beach, use the outdoor foot shower to cool down and rinse your sandy feet. Take a dip into the heated butterfly-shaped pool, a sun ledge and a hot tub in a tropical paradise setting. Choose between swimming in the warmth of the Florida sun or relaxing in the shade under the roof overhang even during tropical rain showers. Our tropical outdoor paradise is waiting for you and will offer you plenty of space for a family get together. Spa temperature is set to 100°F, heat-up time 15-40 minutes depending on air temperature. Spa can be activated from 1PM - 10PM in order to allow sufficient pool heating and filtration time. Operation can't be guaranteed during very cold outdoor temperatures or equipment failure. Luxurious Ground Floor Single Family Home

Enter the luxurious ground floor single family home through the light-flooded, open living, dining and kitchen area with vaulted ceilings. The home features two master bedrooms with connected master bathrooms and 2 bedrooms with a shared full bathroom right across the hallway. An additional bathroom is right next to the backyard and pool access. Every bedroom and the pergola are equipped with TV sets.

You are vacationing in a residential Area. Please be a good Neighbor by keeping noise to a respectful level. Please be mindful of loud music and loud voices or activities, especially around pool area. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive people of the peaceable enjoyment of their private property.

Air temperature and humidity in Florida can reach very high levels during the summer months. Our Air Conditioning Systems are regulated for both heating and cooling to ensure consistent and safe operation of the unit during your stay. Our AC thermostats can be set to cool at a minimum of 72°F during the summer and they can be set to heat the unit up to 74°F during winter months. These parameters are based on manufacturer and AC service technician recommendations and they ensure that you will have the best possible stay with us, without interruptions.
