We had our New Mexico Black Lawyers Association Scholarship Brunch at Magdalene’s place. Communication was top-notch and the view of the Sandias from the backyard was picture-perfect. We hope she will host us again!

Great stay! Loved all the Halloween decor. We also really enjoyed the view of the Fiesta Balloon Launch in the morning. All the balloons were in view, most were far off, but some ended up close and a few made their way over to the house!

Highly recommend staying at this property! We had an amazing week for balloon fiesta. We were able to see balloons in the morning and fireworks in the evening. It's close to the highway so getting around was a breeze. The house itself is gorgeous and my daughter really loved all the Halloween decorations. It really was a home away from home!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. It was gorgeous with great views of the river. Well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again if we are I. The area. The host was easy to contact and communicate with.

Perfect for us! Comfortable, spacious, lovely view we enjoyed both day and night. From the moment we walked through the gate we were greeted with grace and loveliness. From the fountains to the plethora of outdoor seating to the comfortable bedding to the incredibly well stocked kitchen, we could not have asked for more. We will book again when we are in ABQ!

Great place for the Balloon Festival

Very nice accommodations and kitchen very well stocked with anything you may need. Beautiful view of the balloons during festival. Comfortable beds and room to roam. Very nice choice!

We loved the house and the backyard. We came for the Balloon Fiesta and could see them launch from the backyard. The house was perfectly clean and loaded with amenities, even a outside refrigerator with tons of drinks. If we ever are in Albuquerque again, we would definitley check to see if this place is available without hesitation.

Short Albuquerque Family Visit

Our family of 5 grown ups enjoyed the majestic views and exceptionally well appointed New Mexico home on the bluff of the Rio Grande River. Hot air ballons and amazing sunrises greeted us each morning. The host was highly attentive, including leaving a sympathy note upon our arrival (we were in town for my father's funeral). Excellent place to stay in Alb.

Amazing View and Comfort Too!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The view was just as promised, the location was convenient for us and the house was easy to find. The home was quite clean, very well provisioned, and decorated outside for the holidays as an added surprise! Plenty of space and very comfortable. Not "just a rental" - it's a lovely home. We hope to stay again sometime.

Visiting ABQ for first time in over 30 yrs for some, 1st time for others. Living room, kitchen & dining all capture great eastern views of river, city & mountains. Master BR very comfortable. Property met our needs very well -- we enjoyed our stay.
