About this property

Beautiful comfortable and cozy house ideal to discover the island to the monks.

Quietly located on a road away from the road and 3 minutes walk from the beach, our house located on a plot of 1300 m2 enjoys a north / south exposure and 2 large wooden terraces where it enjoy the sun, bask or eat in the summer. Small sea view (Bay of the Vran) of the north terrace.
The Rudel family beach is a 5-minute walk away.
In the rez of putting on: big stay, dining room, American kitchen TOILET and parental suite (a double room reads 160X200 and its room of bath).
Upstairs: 2 large bedrooms and a bathroom: A bedroom with a double bed 160X200 and another room with 2 bunk beds and a double bed on a mezzanine (not suitable for young children but may be suitable for children. teens or young adults).
The house is very well equipped: dishes for 8 people, large fridge freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer ... Everything you need for a comfortable holiday.

IMPORTANT: We do not charge a cleaning fee as the house must be left on your departure as you found it on your arrival, cleaning done.

CAUTION: On arrival, before handing over the keys, we ask for a check for 1000 € to answer for any damage that may be caused. This check is not cashed and will be returned within 2 weeks after your departure.

Magnifique maison dans un endroit de rêve

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette magnifique propriété. La maison est très bien équipée, impeccable, confortable et très spacieuse. La vue depuis la terrasse est superbe, quel plaisir d'y prendre les repas! La maison est bien située, dans un endroit calme mais à seulement quelques minutes en vélo du bourg, et près de plusieurs belles plages. Mention spéciale pour la chambre des enfants! Lits superposés, mezzanine, baby foot, lecteur dvd, jeux et livres, les enfants ont adoré ! Et les grands aussi... La propriétaire est très agréable et à pris beaucoup de soin à rendre notre séjour inoubliable. Merci, nous reviendrons bien volontiers !

Ravissante maison au calme, spacieuse, confortable , où toute la décoration et l'aménagement rappellent la mer et les bateaux Elle s'inscrit parfaitement dans le décor situé entre deux petites plages tranquilles Une grande terrasse agréable où se détendre en toute tranquillité sans vis à vis A distance raisonnable du coeur du bourg mais très accessible à vélo Nous avons adoré !!!

Nous avons passé 5 jours dans le Golfe du Morbihan, en logeant à l’île aux Moines. Malgré le couvre-feu les musées et les restaurants fermés ce furent 5 jours très agréables. La maison est parfaite, propre, confortable, spacieuse, très bien équipée avec un très bel environnement. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. J’ai hâte de revenir quand en plus nous pourrons profiter des restos du bourg.

location idéale pour l'Ile-aux-Moines

Belle maison avec toutes les prestations souhaitées pour un séjour dans l'ile : - l'emplacement au calme dans une impasse boisée sans vis-à-vis, - une grande terrasse équipée avec belle vue sur le golfe, - l'ameublement et l'équipement (cuisine, literies, loisirs) complet et de qualité, - une décoration avec beaucoup de goût. Vacances chaleureuses en famille

La maison de Catherine est très confortable avec une superbe vue sur la mer. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour avec nos enfants. Au programme : balades sur le sentier côtier, baignades à la plage du Rudel...

Toute la famille s’est pleinement ressourcée..

La maison est un havre de paix, très bien située à quelques coups de pédale du centre et de tous les charmes que l’île peut offrir.. La décoration à grande prédominance de bois est très soignée et une grande terrasse en bois entoure le périmètre de la maison, permettant de profiter du soleil (qui ne nous a pas quitté) toute la journée ou de la vue sur la mer, côté nord. Enfin, nous avons trouvé l’accueil de la propriétaire véritablement chaleureux, et nous sommes sentis chez nous durant une semaine dans cette magnifique villa.

Séjour dépaysant sur une île sans voitures

Si vous voulez passer des vacances originales et dépaysantes et si vous voulez vous changer les idées, cette location est idéale. La maison est très confortable et décorée avec goût, si bien qu'on l'adopte de suite. Vivre dans ce cadre au milieu du golfe du Morbihan est une expérience inoubliable!
