With its views of the Gulf of Morbihan, this house invites you to fully enjoy an exceptional natural setting. The magnificent coastal paths are accessible directly from the garden, as are the small, unspoiled beaches of the Gulf, while remaining close to the larger ocean beaches.

Warm and authentic, the house charms with its features: solid wood floors, exposed beam ceilings, wooden sash windows, and 360° exposure that floods the spaces with light.

After a dip in the beach, just a few hundred meters away, the hot outdoor shower will be a true delight.

For stays of 9 to 10 people, a separate workshop clad in black larch is available: a comfortable master suite with bathroom and toilet, offering an intimate and refined space combining spruce parquet flooring and iroko wood.

The recent, high-end bedding and amenities complete the picture for a truly comfortable stay.

Très belle maison , tres confortable dans un très beau site et très bien située vis à vis des plages à proximité. Les petits enfants sont à surveiller dans l’escalier car il n’y a pas de rampe à leur hauteur . Il faut également leur apprendre à ne pas toucher aux chenilles!!

belle maison confortable au bord du golfe

grande maison, très spacieuse ( nous étions 6) et joliment décorée, bien située, proche des commerces et au centre de la presqu'île ce qui est pratique pour bouger. Le sentier des douaniers est au bout du jardin et permet de courir ou se balader sans la voiture. Tous Commerces à proximité en voiture. Parking spacieux pour 2 voitures. Environnement calme et nature!

Très belle maison

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette très belle maison fin avril 2017. La maison récente, est au calme avec des voisins très peu visibles. Maison très propre et confortable, avec des équipements de qualité ; nous y avons été jusqu'à 9 personnes sans que personne ne se gêne. Nous pensons y retourner l'année prochaine. Hervé et Christelle

Très belle maison. Situation idéale.

Très belle et très agréable maison dans un charmant village breton (doté d'une petite épicerie bien pratique non loin de la maison). Très bien conçue et bien équipée (réception tv toutefois quelque peu aléatoire), disposant d'un beau jardin ombragé avec vue sur le golf, tout y inspire le calme et la détente. Outre, l'accès direct au sentier côtier pour de merveilleuse ballades en bord de mer, la situation de la maison entre Sarzeau et Arzon/port Crouesty/port Narvalo permet de découvrir la région et le golfe sans difficulté. Ne pas manquer Vannes (à seulement une demie heure), son très beau centre historique et ses marchés couverts pour les amateurs de cuisine et de produits frais. Maison idéale pour qui recherche le confort et le calme tout en profitant de la beauté et des richesses du golfe du Morbihan.

"Nous avons profité d''un court week-end entre amis dans cette charmante maison. Les lieux étaient conformes aux descriptions de l''annonce. La maison est aménagée avec goût et on se sent comme chez soi... La cadre invite au repos et à la sérénité. Je recommande cette location sans réserve ! Julie"

vacances paisibles au fil de l'eau...

Maison ultra lumineuse est confortable avec son salon vraiment très conviviale! Le jardin est propice aux jeux des enfants et aux grandes tablées à l'abri des arbres. Petits plus: L'accueil chaleureux et décontracté des propriétaires. Quelques vélos sur place, extra pour aller chercher ses viennoiseries et baguettes (délicieuses) a quelques centaines de mètres de la maison!!! Et la location du bateau pour faire des sorties en mer, bien dépaysantes!

Nous avons passé un excel...

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, la maison comprend des prestations de qualité, l'environnement proche est très agréable: Calme, Sérénité, luminosité... La proximité immédiate du golfe est vraiment un atout majeur pour les promenades à pied, en vélo voire en bateau comme nous avons l'occasion de le faire avec Eric (le propriétaire)sur son semi-rigide. Excellent accueil de sa part, nous le remercions encore. Location à conseiller sans aucune réserve !
