Confusing on check in. Stated would get an email and didn't, was supposed to get info thru app. Living room is small. Master bedroom wasn't made, only had a sheet thrown on it, report it and stated we would use 2nd bedroom items, didn't want them in the room. Came back from the beach and they had come into the penthouse and finished making bed.

Host was great. Building maintenance was slow responding and when they did respond they were rude and didn't fix anything. The refrigerator was leaking all day everyday and kitchen plugs didn't work. That being said the place is nice and I would recommend. Janet was great we actually stayed a few days in a different unit in the same building because we enjoyed the place so much

We had an amazing stay. Janet was very responsive to all messages. 1 minor hiccup with a very persistent pet control man. Once Janet spoke with him he did not return. The view was amazing and the location perfect! Across the street from a small grocery and the Family Kingdom amusement park. This is the “quiet end” of the strip which made it very nice. We walked to the other end twice to enjoy Rip Tydz for dinner. That was the best food we had all week. My idea of a great vacation is parking the car upon arrival and not touching it again until it’s time to leave. Other than a trip to Walmart for a necessities shopping, we did just that. We will absolutely be back!!
