We'd love to share the incredible view of the gorgeous beach from a private balcony at our top floor oceanfront condo with you and your family. With two bedrooms, two baths, full kitchen, deep sparkling pool, picnic tables, grill, and hot tub, your family can relax on a truly peaceful vacation. This remodeled, condo, nestled in quiet Windy Hill, is just minutes from shopping at Tanger Outlet, Barefoot Landing, and grocery stores, legendary Myrtle Beach golfing, and delicious meals at local restaurants. We've stocked our place with family games, books, so you'll only need to bring your beach essentials and you'll be ready for beach fun.

The complex provides security cameras covering elevators, common hallway areas and the pool and hot tub. No cameras are located within the individual condo units.

Sorry: APATB-Windy Hill is smoke-free, pet-free, and party-free facility. Also, no motorcycles or trailers are allowed.

No motorcycles, trailers, golf carts, or fireworks are allowed on premises. Also, no weapons or service animals are allowed in the condo.
The 2nd bedroom contains a twin and a popup trundle, great for kids, but may not be comfortable for 2 adults for an extended stay.

Great oceanfront condo in the Windy Hill section of NMB. This was our 3rd year staying here. We continue to come back because of the great location, cleanliness of the condo, and hospitality from Mike, the owner. Highly recommend!

This condo is in a great location being very close to many eateries, shops….. a short drive away. And, having a pool and being right on the beach was key! I was surprised by the size of the condo/balcony as the pics had me thinking it was larger but for 2 single people it worked well! It may prove a bit small for 4 adults but a family with a couple of kids could make it work. It was very easy to communicate with the host, Mike, which is always a plus.

This was a trip for myself and my teenage daughter. The property was exactly as described and extremely comfortable. Oceanfront, with a fantastic view. This is the second time we have stayed here. We always enjoy out time in this condo . Mike is very easy to contact if we have any questions. It is the perfect vacation spot. Everything is up to date and you can’t beat the view. Very easy to access the beach or pool. Very close to many attractions. Definitely a 10 out of 10. We will definitely return on our next trip to Myrtle if it is still available.

Overall condo was clean on the surface, but needs a thorough cleaning:Baseboards, mold in showers(was minimal), cabinets(check for anything that maybe expired). Also the sheets & bedspread looked a bit dingy, they may have been clean, but probably time to replace them. Pots & pans have been well used, but need to be replaced. Balcony was very nice, but chairs were oversized for the square footage. Host was wonderful, quick to reply to my questions, took care of any concerns, and sent great information on check out. Even with above comments, I would go back, and refer friends and family!

We were thrilled with our choice and would definitely stay here again. View is excellent, access to the beach right beside the condo, lots of great places to eat close to the condo. Communication with the host, Mike, was easy and always with quick response. The condo itself was very clean & had just about everything you'll need for a perfect stay. Beds were very comfortable. You won't be disappointed with this choice!
