This condo is located on the 2nd floor overlooking the beautiful pool area at the Seabreeze Condo Complex. Ideal for a small family of 4 with everything you need to prepare meals in this property.2 Queen beds and a futon. Equipped with a large flat-screen TV, full-size refrigerator, full-size oven and stove and more. (*No dishwasher) This property has complimentary high-speed internet Wi-Fi. No pets allowed, no smoking inside the property. Laundry facility on-premises. It is approximately 0.5 miles to the beach. Elevator Access

This unit, 125, however was severely lacking in kitchen amenities.

Terrible Throughout!

There's not really one good thing I can say about this property. The parking is horrendous. You say there are "No Golf Carts" allowed in the parking lot, and then it's full of carts, making it nearly impossible to park a vehicle in a space. The room was sub-standard. Bedding was dirty and the coffee pot was broken. Didn't even provide a basic set of plates and cups. When you're charging people the rates you are, I shouldn't be sorting through the myriad of promotional give away coffee mugs in order to have a cup! I will never stay here again or ever recommend this place to anyone. I'll share the same review on VRBO. Might as well be a trashy college party house!

Moldy ceiling and air in unit

Thank goodness for the management who promptly gave us another place to stay!! Photos do Not represent this place accurately. The ceiling had mold on it and the smell quickly caused my throat to become scratchy. I knew we could Not stay in this place fir more than 10 minutes! KUDOS to Life in Paradise for heir quick maneuver to find a new place for us to stay!

Loved the location in that you could walk to the beach and walk to most of the downtown and restaurants. Was nice having all the amenities to make our own meals. Would definitely stay here again.

Just 3 suggestions, which Does not take away from our rental experience, there were only 4 forks, but plenty of other utensils, there was no saucepan,, and there were no hot pads. We cook while we are at the coast and this was the only thing lacking in the condo.

PORT A GETAWAY

We had a quick weekend getaway for the Port Aransas Music Festival. We were able to book easily, room was as advertised, and location was nice. We like to walk and this was 15 minutes or less to several places, ranging from next door to Old Town to G (short drive to beach just up the way but too far to walk with chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc.) Will stay again!

I checked in saturday and checked out sunday, but all it took was a simple text to extend my check out and they had no hesitation on allowing my son and I relax and enjoy our condo a little longer. Super clean and everything you need to make you feel at home on the beach!

The beds were comfy and the place was clean. Family members had recommended this place to us. Loved the pool in the evening after days at the beach. It was also close to all the shops and places to eat . It may need some kitchen updates (part of stove doesn’t work, not very many kitchen cups, plates etc...). ...kind of just thrown together ...other than that it was fine .
