This tastefully decorated 6th floor vacation rental shows off the brilliant and bright white sands and turquoise waters below. Sleep up to 8 guests in the 3br/2ba.

·    Stay entertained even on rainy days with a flat-screen television in living room and bedrooms.

·    Kitchen features granite counters, all new appliances and tile backsplash.

·    Dining area seats four with additional outdoors seating available on the balcony.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

October Getaway.

Condo was as presented and comfortable. Furnishings are a little outdated and you need some new cushions for the outdoor furniture but we enjoyed our time away.

Great Orange Beach Property

This property was amazing. As a family, we had room to accommodate all and have our own space. The condo had all of the amenities of home. My husband was so happy to see a recliner like his. The view, pool, beach access, and proximity to restaurants were great. Check in and check out was a breeze. I would recommend this property in a heartbeat.

Family fun

Loved the location! Unit could have used a good deep clean. Too much decor for me that had to be relocated due to little ones. Also carpet in main living areas seems weird at the beach. Pool, beach were just perfect! And love being close to the restaurants we love!

Great location…

I thoroughly enjoyed the location of the property and the value was excellent. I would suggest the cleaning company pay a bit more attention when cleaning. We found a treble hook in the carpet. With a one year old this could have dangerous. Thankfully we found it before he did. Other than that a great stay.

A wonderful experience!

We were very happy with this rental. It was just as described and was very clean and well stocked with kitchens items. The view was fabulous and the amenities there were great. One small complaint would be that all 3 beds in the unit were VERY squeaky and had stiff sheets. Between the noisy beds and the starched noisy sheets sleep wasn’t great. The bed frames could either use tightening or replacement. (Also, the pullout loveseat would not fit in the room when it was opened). Other than that it was a great unit and we were happy with our stay.

First Orange Beach trip!

Our stay here was amazing! It was so comfortable for the adults and kids. Loved the location and the great view! It was the first beach trip for the grandkids, and they had such a great time. We have all said that we can't wait to come back. Thank you for a nice property, that made our first visit to the area so great!

Beautiful location on the beachfront!

Our family really enjoyed our week at the Phoenix VII on the beach. The pool and other amenities were great, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We had a question about the water heater the first night, and they sent maintenance to our unit immediately. The surfaces in the kitchen, several utensils and some of the appliances were not clean when we arrived. Aside from that, we felt that the unit was very nice and comfortable! The complex is located conveniently near many good restaurants, grocery stores, and other attractions. We would stay there again in the future!

Everything was perfect

The unit was exactly what was shown on the listing. The furniture was very upscale and new. Everything was very clean and in excellent working condition. The outdoor patio was great! We will certainly try to reserve this unit on our next visit to Orange Beach.
