CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

SPECIAL NOTES
* Must be 25 or older to rent this property.

* Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security. No oversized vehicles or trailers allowed.

Perfect!!!

A group of 9 stayed in this condo and it was perfect for us! Very clean, the property management company was friendly and quick to respond, and the property staff were very friendly. We are already looking to book again next year for our annual beach trip.

Phoenix Orange Beach ll

Awesome time with family. Property was wonderful. Kitchen was beautiful and very well stocked with any tool or appliance you needed. The decor was spot on! Very lovely! Only complaint was the primary bedroom mattress was very worn, needed to be replaced. Felt like I was sleeping in a ditch! Grate Room furniture needs clean or replaced, it was very worn and dirty. But, over all our time there was wonderful! Thank you for sharing with us.
