About this property

Best Location in Penticton! Brand New Modern 3 Bedroom House

Welcome to our beautiful 3 bedroom home in Penticton! Our home is located in a quiet downtown neighborhood located within walking distance to Okanagan Lake beach, Naramata bench wineries and breweries, the famous Penticton Farmer's Market, and all the Okanagan Valley has to offer! You are literally a 5 minute drive or a short walk from everything the Penticton region has to offer! An absolutely fantastic location.

The space

Our home offers 3 spacious bedrooms, furnished with queen beds in two of the rooms and a double bed in the other room. Additional sleeping arrangements can be found in the living room utilizing the pullout couch. Please contact us if you are interested in an 8 person accommodation. Additionally, our home features a large open concept living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, kitchen island sit-up bar, couch and entertainment system, and 1.5 bathrooms. The unit is equipped with Wi-fi, cable, and all essential amenities including in-suite laundry. Our home also has central air conditioning and a patio set including a fire table and a Napoleon BBQ as seen in the photos.

Guest access

Our home is walking distance to downtown restaurants, breweries, farmers market, yoga studio, and about a 15 minute walk to Okanagan Lake. The beach is accessible through a wonderful walking / biking path from our home. The same walking path also takes you onto the KVR trail. We are a short drive to the Naramata bench where your wine touring awaits. No smoking, no pets.

We are new to VRBO

This is a City of Penticton approved Vacation Rental property, where you will find many in Penticton that are not. You may be at risk of loosing your reservation if booking a non-registered vacation property, so please beware!

Great Vacation Getaway
We were pleasantly surprised by the super cute and modern home that we rented for a family summer vacation. It is close to beach, shopping, Kettle Valley trail, and wine tasting. The host is responsive and very helpful. We will definitely book here again!

We came up with a group of 6 girls for a weekend of wine tours and it was perfect! The location could not have been any better. Quick walk to restaurants, breweries and the beach. House was clean and spacious. Would stay again

Our place is unique as it is brand new and located in one of the most desirable locations in Penticton. Just across the street there is a walking trail that takes you along a beautiful river pathway to the downtown core/beach within 10 minutes. There you can enjoy some great restaurants, live entertainment, stunning parks, and of course the beach.
