Fanny Hill is just a two minute walk from the condo. It’s a very short, flat walk to the slopes. From there, you can simply click in/out and ski to Village Express Lift or Elk Camp Gondola in Snowmass Base Village. Additionally, Snowmass Mall is just a block downhill with shops, restaurants, and free Sky Cab gondola to Base Village. It's ideal location offers close proximity to lifts, restaurants, activities, events, and more.

🚦The Snowmass Mall transportation stop offers transportation to/from the airport, Base Village, Aspen, and everywhere in between. Servicing all four mountains, the skier shuttle provides rides to Aspen Ajax, Buttermilk, and Highlands every 15 - 30 minutes. If you prefer private transportation, our concierge team is here to arrange transfer to any destination in comfort and style.

Spectacular Snow Stay in Snowmass!

Fantastically located property, right near the Viewline Hotel. The property is comfortable, well appointed, with plenty of great amenities. Two we enjoyed the most were a very nicely stocked kitchen (spices, utensils, etc) and the heated floors. The ABL Concierge service is fantastic as well and responsive to questions.

Just a quick note to clarify, as the property is a corner unit the area you mentioned is a small side-street leading to the main entrance of the condo complex. Great location

While not quite ski in and out since you have to walk about a block, parking is very convenient and you are next to the upper village mall for rentals. Great for families with small children in ski school because you can easily drive them down to the treehouse to drop them off and pick them up. There is free 30 minute parking.

Condo and location fantastic! Only suggestion- put in a key pad door lock. We had 4 people skiing and only 1 key in the lock box… tricky for coming and going at different times Hot tub amazing!

Exceptional unit very close to shops and ski slopes. Parking is super close as well. The unit is located on a corner so you get lots of beautiful snowy vistas. Locked myself out of the unit and owner arrived right away to help. Will definitely return!

A very enjoyable stay in this unit!!

We were in town for a wedding and this was a perfect spot to stay. We enjoyed being able to walk to the Snowmass mall, village, gondola, hiking and friends, who were staying at the Westin. The unit was beautiful and our experience was exceptional! We wish we could have stayed longer to use the kitchen and amenities. The owner responded quickly to all of our questions and requests. We would highly recommend this unit! Very comfortable and clean!

Christmas ski vacation

First time in the Aspen area so we had a lot to learn. We found this condo to be in a very convenient location, however the heat did not work very well when we arrived (60 degree inside temp). Neither did the fireplace. Fortunately, the property manager and owner were quick to address the problem, even on Christmas Eve! We did in fact find this village to be very charming and will remember it fondly
